The Sicily region

Sicily is certainly the destination for those loving the sun at its zenith, vivid colors and strong tastes, even in middle seasons when boats and facilities availability is larger. Placed at a latitude equal to the Tunisian coast, Sicily offers attractive coasts especially during the summer. A gateway dividing the eastern and western Mediterranean sea, Sicily has always been a land of conquest, up for grab by all those that have historically been present in this area. Sure enough, all of them have left marks and vestiges both on the land and its inhabitants, so proud and conscious of the history they represent.
From the Phoenicians and Greeks who left here some of the most representative monuments of their civilization, to the Romans who made their granary reservoir here, to the Norman who erected here their civilization bulwark, to the Arabs who were just around the corner and saw it as an appropriate wedge for their European expansion, all of them contributed to make of Sicily a land of mystery and contradiction.
Sicily reflects these influences in a rich tapestry of art and architecture that includes massive Romanesque cathedrals, two of the best-preserved Greek temples in the world, Roman amphitheatres, and baroque palaces and churches.
The Trapani / Triscina di Selinunte area
Triscina Selinunte, Castelvetrano hamlet in the province of Trapani, a seaside resort town situated on the border of the Archaeological Park of Selinunte and faced the African ‘s coast. Owns about 6 km beach of fine golden sand completely free, shaped by the breath of the wind that creates the typical dune enriched with a large vegetation. The sea of Selinunte Triscina, very clear, is a destination for divers who enjoy discovering the rich depths of Posidonia, algae that lives only in clean seas.
Triscina Selinunte is a long journey to discover the Mediterranean between the sea, sun, nature, art, good food and the discovery of ancient traditions.
Think of this Sicily, where are obvious where the traces of Greek culture, Carthaginian, Roman, Arab, Norman and Spanish. Think of the magic of the sunsets over the sea, the clear water, with long sandy beaches never crowded, its natural reserves and the heat of the sun. Imagine all this mixed with the smells of citrus, smooth flavour of the wine, the fragrance of olive oil, the smell of black bread and a light and a kitchen full of flavours and you will find yourself in unique and unforgettable places.
In the heart of the Mediterranean, between sea and sun, our guests to discover this land, for love, and for to come back.
