Nosso bangalô fica no condomínio exclusivo “Outeiro das Brisas”, perto da famosa Praia do Espelho, numa área de preservação ambiental, entre as cidades charmosas de Trancoso e Caraiva (18km de Trancoso).

O bangalô tem pé direito duplo, cozinha e sala abertas, com excelentes vistas para o mar, uma sala interna adicional e três suites com ar condicionado. Duas suites são muito espaçosas com cama “king size” e uma outra cama de solteiro. A suite em mezanino tem 2 camas de solteiro, as quais podem ser colocadas juntas. Todos os móveis foram feitos sob especificação em estilo rústico. O bangalô fica na base de numa falésia, e a praia fica a alguns degraus abaixo.

O bangalô oferece um serviço diário de empregada, quem prepara o café da manhã e almoço, limpa e arruma as camas. Serviço gratuito de entrega de mantimentos também é disponivel.

Estamos próximos ao Club House, em frente à praia, com piscinas e demais amenidades.

O condomínio possui segurança 24 horas e tem uma pequena vila com armazém, alguns restaurantes, hotéis, pousadas, casas privadas, acesso a internet, áreas verdes intocadas, pista de pouso particular, campo de Polo e campo de Golf.

Outras Atividades: Caiaque, piscina, descanso, pescaria, nadar, caminhadas.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sergio (the owner) a message.

    If Sergio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
