The apartment sleeps four, with two in the twin bedroom and two in the kingsize sofabed in the sitting room. There is a security door-entry intercom system. The apartment is well situated between two marinas which have bars and restaurants and only a five minute walk into Gibraltar's Main Street selling duty-free goods.

Within a short walk of Eurotowers is the new Gibraltar hospital and also a very large Morrisons which sells all the goods you can get in the UK. There are also bars and restaurants situated close to Eurotowers. Internet cafes are within a 5 minute walk away. There is on-road parking and also two carparks close by.

The apartment has air-conditioning between mid-June and end-September and underfloor heating in the bathroom, there is also an overhead fan in the bedroom (which is wonderfully totally silent). The well-equipped kitchen has hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and has crockery and cutlery for six. It is not equipped solely as a holiday home as it is the UK owner's Gibraltar home and therefore well-maintained. Information sheets on both the apartment and Gibraltar are sent out to clients. There is FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND and an iPod docking station. A Gibraltar representative is on hand for any problems and to organise days out etc. The swimming pool, which is run by the Eurotowers management, is open from May to mid-October depending on the weather.

There are lifts in the building and the apartment is on the 7th floor - hence the superb views. Changeover days are flexible but not at weekends during the summer months.

Further details

There is a 10% non-refundable deposit on booking your holiday and an invoice sent six weeks in advance for the balance. Keys are posted to your home address 7 - 10 days in advance. Either let the owner know of breakages (and pay her daughter in Gibraltar) or pay on return to the UK. Keys are security keys which cost £35 each and if lost would have to be paid for.

The Rock of Gibraltar region

Gibraltar is a British Colony attached to the foot of Spain within easy reach of Africa (Morocco) by ferry - within one hour. The currently is Sterling, the language is both English and Spanish with Gibraltarian a quaint mix between the two. The Border between Gibraltar and Spain is open 24 hours per day travelling through either on foot or by car. Gibraltar is a mile wide and three miles long. It is famous for the rock apes, seige tunnels and duty-free shopping. There is plenty of night life - casinos, funky nightclubs and superb restaurants.

Town of Gibraltar

You cannot visit Gibraltar without going up the Rock to see for instance St Michaels Cave and the Apes. The museums show the history of Gibraltar and the importance the Rock has been throughout the centuries.

It really combines the best of both worlds - by car (or bus) within 40 minutes of Puerto Banus and Marbella up the East side of the Spanish coast or to Tarifa going up the Western side. There are golf courses within a short distance. San Roque, Sotogrande, Estepona and Marbella are among the most popular and 3 hours way door to door from Gibraltar is Sierra Nevada for wonderful ski-ing. You can ski in the morning and be on the beach in Marbella for the afternoon - or even visit Granada and the Alhambra Palace.

"All the comforts of home but in the sun!"

My family and I escaped the cold and wet of the UK for a week in Gibraltar (Feb 2014)
As we had kids with us renting an apartment was a preference to staying in a hotel.
This apartment is appointed well with every home comfort you could need. (TV, WIFI, IPOD dock etc....)
Also located well. 10 minutes walk to Casemates Sq and Ocean Village and 30 seconds walk to Morrisons supermarket and the main hospital.
Regular bus routes are available outside the block to go and tour around.
Would happily recommend and have already booked to go back for New Year 2015.

"Clean, bright and very convenient"

We have just come back from a weeks stay in this apartment. We love Gibraltar and visit regular but usually stay in a hotel and decided to opt for an apartment this time. The apartment was clean and very well equipt. The views were stunning. The pool is an absolute bonus and we used it at the end of every day, its a great way to relax after a sight seeing day out. Morrisons close by is also a bonus. We would recomend the apartment to any age group. Definately value for money. Thank you.

"Fabulous Flat and Fantastic Views of the whole of Gibraltar and Sea Views"

I stayed with my husband and grandson in this flat whilst visiting my son and grandaughter who live in Gibraltar. It was a really lovely flat on the 7th floor, near to Morrisons and MacDonalds. Very close to the buses which are free and also only a short walk to main street and casemates. The views from the flat were fantastic.
The flat has everything you could possibly need, even down to binoculars, which my husband used on a daily basis.
There are some fabulous restaurants nearby, we like Biancos and the Waterfront
I definately would recommend this flat to my family and friends. I am already booked with Jackie to return to Gibraltar at the end of June and will always use her company from now as booking with her is such an easy transaction and so smooth. I return to Gibraltar every three months.

"Amazing views, Walking distance to all amenities"

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks during February and March 2012. It was exactly as described if not better. The area (in fact all of Gibraltar) is safe, friendly and welcoming. We took a taxi from the airport (£7) although you can catch the number 5 bus which stops right outside the apartment and costs £1. Jackie is fantastic at communicating and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. The apartment is on the 7th floor and has fantastic views of the Rock and bay of Gibraltar - also very quiet. I struggled to wake up before 9.30 am......
Try "The Landing" and "Gaucho's" for dining out - great prices (£40 inc wine for 2 courses plus wine/beer).

"Modern apartment, great location, wonderful views"

It was the 2nd time we had rented this appartment, and it was as good as the previous time. It is a bright appartment and has everything you need. Morrisons is a short walk away, as is MacDonalds! Great for the kids. Local buses are very good and get you most places. There is also a cable car to get you to the very top on The Rock.
Great views from all windows, looking over The Rock and towards Africa and Spain, Very lovely at night.
A very lovely holiday had by all!
Hope to stay there again.
