The appeal of this apartment is its central location. Situated in the heart of Gibraltar (just off Main Street) the location is vibrant, historical and interesting. The immediate area offers great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping within 1 minute walking distance. All attractions of Gibraltar including lovely beaches, the Rock cable car, the famous monkeys etc. are within easy access, some by walking, some by bus (Gibraltar offers good bus services all over the rock at very reasonable rates).
The building dates from the 18th century and its exterior is colonial in style. Hence it is an old building and as such certain things are noticeable. For example sound insulation between apartments is not great. On a positive note this is all reflected in the low prices we offer to guests.
Although the building is older, the apartment as a whole is in good working order. As a family run building, we have made our focus to offer comfortable beds, good shower (over a mini bath tub) and in keeping every thing very clean. Put simply, you get a clean, workable little base in the centre of Gibraltar at a price you can be happy with.

The apartment on second floor with NO LIFT in the building.
We do not recommend this apartment if you are after a quiet stay or are a light sleeper due to its location being so central and right above a busy pedestrian street.
PRICING, please note: although we offer from as little as one night stays, the nightly rate (£80 per night), which applies to bookings under one week, is considerably higher than our best rates advertised. This due to potential loss of bookings from breaking up a week. So the best rates are applied to bookings of one week or more. However if you enquire book between 5-6 nights, we will apply 10% discount to your quote.
