This bright 2 bedroom apartment is located in the quiet south district of Gibraltar. Situated on the 8th floor of a secure residential building, it has breathtaking views stretching from the Atlas mountains of Morocco, Straits of Gibraltar to Southern Spain. Ideally located within 15min walk or 10 min bus journey of the Town centre and popular beach’s, it has the best of both worlds. Pubs and shops are within minutes of the apartment so you can enjoy pub grub or dine in with ease taking in the stunning views and majestic sunsets across the bay from the large private balcony or lounge.

The Rock of Gibraltar region

The mighty rock of Gibraltar is located at the southern most tip of Spain and Ideally located on the Costa Del Sol. Gibraltar is a great all year round destination because of its mild winters and hot summers and has many activities to keep even the most adventurous busy.
For the person interested in nature, whether it is on land or sea, Gibraltar is incredibly rich and full of surprises. Dolphins, and other marine mammals which include the Pilot Whales, Killer Whales and even larger species such as Sperm Whales frequent our waters. Dolphin tours on one of the many boats are the best way to experience the marine environment and see the resident Dolphins of the Bay. The Rock Apes are world famous with there inquisitive nature and mischievous ways but are a must see for anyone visiting Gibraltar.
For bird spotters, Gibraltar offers a rich array of birds from local species to migratory birds. During the migration periods thousands of birds use Gibraltar as there last land crossing point before heading across the Straits and onward to Africa.

The Town of Gibraltar / South District area

There are so many places to visit on the Rock, Taking 'The Official Rock Tour' by taxi or by coach is the best way to visit some of Gibraltar's most interesting sites. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes so at each stop you will have plenty of time to look around. A Dolphin Tour is highly recommended for anybody visiting Gibraltar.
Main Street offers a large selection of goods at the most competitive tax reduced prices in Western Europe with alcohol and tobacco being up to 5 times cheaper than the UK.

“Lovely apartment, beautiful views and warm hospitality.” The apartment was beautiful to say the least. Perfect views from the balcony, good location and maintained very well. We were a set of five friends and we had an enjoyable stay. The hosts were very hospitable and there was a welcome package awaiting for us with the basic necessities. The city center was pretty close and so were the other attractions. Would definitely recommend to other travelers as it is cheaper than staying in a hotel and a thousand times better because it is more spacious and you have your independence. Thank you once again for the lovely stay, we will definitely be in contact if we come again in the Summer.
