23 miles from Oxford and the Cotswold region, South Northants is ideally suited for exploring Oxford and surrounding attactions. It is also 1 hour from London Euston or 50 minutes from Paddington via Banbury station. Excellent for walking as the countryside is very beautiful. It is primarily a farming area.

By air the property can be reached by flying into London Luton with Easyjet, to Birmingham with Flybe, to Heathrow with BA and Air France. From London Luton car hire is available and taxi service also available. By train on the Eurostar. From London take a train to Milton Keynes or Northhampton taxis available at all stations.
