Beautiful 3 bedroom barn conversion, with the benefit of your own 12 acre lake with carp,tench,roach,pike.

Lovely location with forest walks on your doorstep, 5 minute walk to the village with all ameneties,10 minute drive to golf course ,5 minute drive to horse riding and 15 minutes drive to the beautiful city of Tours with an abundance of shops and restaurants and the beautiful river Loire. Also close to wine caves and chateau's.Plenty of wildlife with deer sometimes drinking from the lake in the evenings.

The Loire Valley / Indre-et-Loire region

The Loire valley region is famous for it's Historic Chateau's and gardens as well as an abundance of vineyards and wine caves, also the famous river Loire. Famous for it's nobility, there are many historic buildings and museums.

The Tours area

The area is packed with outdoor activities to entertain those of all ages. Activities nearby include Fishing, Golf, Horseriding, Claypigeon shooting, Go karting, Bird watching.,Walking, also good for cycling. Visit wine caves and Chateau's.

Cheap flights can be booked with www.ryanair.com stanstead to tours 20 minute drive from airport ferry from portsmouth to caen Brittany ferries then 2-3 hour drive.

Ferry from dover to calais then 6-7 hour drive.

Always local taxi's available from airport fare should be no more than 20 euros.

Car hire can be arranged at airport with Hertz or via www.Ryanair.com.
