On this fortified site, a wealth of original architecture is laid out in a semi-circle around its impressive 15th Century chateau. The secrets of the village are only revealed once you have passed through one of the two gates situated at either side of the main square. Tourrettes sur Loup has retained its character and its way of life, thanks in part to an increase in the number of artists and artisans, and their products. In the maze of tiny streets, the old buildings have housed their workshops and boutiques for more than 50 years. Here you will find the benches, wheels, kilns and easels at which the painters, sculptors, weavers, potters, decorators and designers create, for the visitor, their original and unique works of art.
