Very private setting in a prestigious gated domain with unspoilt spectacular view over the Mediterranean and the village of Tourrettes sur Loup. A house in the Provençal style with antique roof tiles, floor tiles and beams with up-to-date fittings, modern bathrooms and kitchen hand-made tiles. All rooms face South towards the sea view and the village. There are 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles and 2 single - and 4 bathrooms. The property has character, and has beams throughout.

The entrance court has a garage for 2 cars, and there is a mosaic-tiled swimming pool - 12x6 meters in size. The terrace area has a bar, barbecue and lawn area. The location also offers comprehensive shopping and the motorway within a few minute drive. There is a footpath directly to the village.

Perched atop a rocky outcrop dominating the Cote d´Azur, Tourrettes sur Loup is a medieval village that has managed to retain its authenticity. It enjoys an ideal position between sea and mountain.
On this fortified site, a wealth of original architecture is laid out in a semi-circle around its impressive 15th Century chateau.
The secrets of the village are only revealed once you have passed through one of the two gates situated at either side of the main square.
Tourrettes sur Loup has retained its character and its way of life, thanks in part to an increase in the number of artists and artisans, and their products. In the maze of tiny streets, the old buildings have housed their workshops and boutiques for more than 50 years. Here you will find the benches, wheels, kilns and easels at which the painters, sculptors, weavers, potters, decorators and designers create, for the visitor, their original and unique works of art.
