Only 20 mins to the centre of Nice!!! Beautiful coastlline, favourable climate, a wide variety of areas and places of interest to visit, including Monaco and it's famous casino, Italy just a little further east with it's famous market at Ventimiglia, and all the coastal towns and bays, including Nice and Cannes with their lively cafes, bars and restaurants, water-sports, boat-trips, shopping, museums, art galleries and other places of cultural interest, together with beautiful areas to relax and explore.

Tourrette Levens area

FANTASTIC LOCATION for a romantic getaway, or break with family and friends. Nestled in the foothills behind Nice, the villa is just 5 minutes from the old 'perched' village. The picturesque streets lead up to the beautifully preserved chateau and the museum of local birds and wild life. Inside, it houses one of the best collections of butterflies and insects in Europe. It is possible to walk around the chateau and enjoy the stunning scenery with views right across the colleens. In the months of July and August, this wonderful setting becomes the venue for musical evenings and theatre, which can be enjoyed by the whole family. There are also good restaurants within walking distance down in the village. The villa is also very close to the ruins of another chateau, set in it's own stunning grounds and wooded areas which are great for walking, hiking and cycling. The neighbouring village of Levens has it's own unique charm, with horse-riding, walks and cycling.

How to get there

Nice Airport is only 35 minutes away and is the destination of budget airlines such as Easyjet. Cars can be hired at the airport. Easy access from motorway en route to Monaco.

Altogether the ingredients for a fabulous time away with friends or family.

Located in the beautiful foothills behind Nice, in complete privacy, with stunning views and wonderful sunsets. Sunny disposition, with sun decks, outside table, chairs and sun loungers and a bar-b-que. Swimming pool with views across the valley.

For those who enjoy SKIING there are several very good resorts within 1.5-2 hours away i.e. Isola 2000, Auron, La Colmiane, which is particularly good for young children with pistes for every level of skier. Perfect too for those who simply want to enjoy a bit of SUNSHINE during the day and a cosy log fire in the evenings, during the winter months.
