Close enough to all major towns, 3 miles to Torquay & beaches, 2 miles Paignton & beaches, Exeter and Plymouth.

Plenty of secure parking, directly outside cottage, with driveway up to the property. Has a large private garden to the rear and a lovely area outside the front of the cottage where you can see all the farm life and enjoy the views whilst having breakfast on your own lawn.

Tourist information and booklets available in your cottage. You will be provided with a welcome pack which will include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and our own free range eggs.

The West Country / Devon region
There are no less than 20 official South Devon Tourist attractions within a 15 mile radius of Longcombe.
To name a few - the family favourites nearby include The River Dart Country Park, Paignton Zoo (100 acres, with 5 world habitat zones), the Dartmouth Woodlands Park (indoor and outdoor leisure fun), Pennywell Farm, and the Model Village in Babbacombe (400 plus models with sound and animation).
The Totnes / Longcombe area
Totnes (2 miles) - Totnes enjoys a prominent position above the River Dart. Visit the 11th Century Castle, trace the town's colourful history in the Guildhall, or hunt down bargains in the weekly outdoor market.
There are plenty of charming shops and local boutiques and there are also supermarkets within the town.
