Kitchen / Dining Area

The kitchen / dining area is set on two levels, with the kitchen area boasting a full compliment of modern conveniences, including: an electric cooker with gas hob, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave with a grill setting. Take a step up from the kitchen area and you enter the dining area, with a table and 4 chairs and room for 2 extra chairs which can be taken from the bedrooms.

Living Room

Two steps up from the kitchen, you enter the living room, with comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs seating five people. A large LCD flat screen television graces the wall, providing comfortable viewing for all. A single french door from the living room leads to the beautiful, secluded courtyard area.


Stairs from the living room lead up to the master bedroom, a large window providing plenty of natural light and has the benefit of not being overlooked. As well as a comfortable double bed, the room has a chair and shelves. There is a connecting door from the master bedroom, leading through to the other double bedroom, which can be locked. Bedroom 2 is another double bedroom, whilst adjoining the master bedroom and accessible through the connecting door, it also has separate access. Plenty of natural light floods the room through a Velux window. Two steps down from the second bedroom leads to the third, a single bedroom, with a fitted wardrobe and a Velux window.


Down the stairs from the third bedroom, you come to the bathroom which, is also accessible from the kitchen. As well as a basin and toilet, it has a newly fitted shower over the bath and a bath screen.
