For football fans ther are 2 segunda league teams in the area (spanish 2nd division) c.f Real Murcia 35 min away or Cartagena c.f 30 min away

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Cálida is the approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia. This region has a micro-climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures (and hence its name, "Warm Coast").
Murcia is the capital of the region and is located along the river Segura as well as lush orchards and vineyards called huerta. The city is reach in history and culture which still can be seen in the local architecture.
Totana area
Totana local town with market every Wednesday the coast of Mazzoron 40 min away with excellent beaches golf course 25 min away Marcia city 35 min away where a zoo and water park are with large shopping centres for retail therapy and historic town of Aledo 15 min away.
The local area provides plenty of activities, including quad biking, bowling, shopping and cycling. In addition, the Sierra Espuña nature reserve has hiking and cycle trails and is the ideal place for a picnic.
The beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 40 minutes away, as are the bright lights of the cities of Murcia and Cartagena. The large Camposol urbanisation is around a 20 minute drive away.

Numerous budget airlines (jet2-easyjet-ryanair-bmibaby fly into Alicante and Murcia airport from local airports in the UK.
Cars can be hired at both airports (europcar-hertz-avis and many more companies).

Further details indoors: The villa has 3 bedrooms, one double and one twin on the ground floor, and a double master suite with en-suite bathroom on the first floor. All the bedrooms come complete with fitted wardrobes.There is also a second family bathroom.
The modern kitchen has all white goods and a washing machine, and is bright and spacious. There is an electric oven and hob.
The open plan living and dining area is large and stylishly furnished, including a 32" screen TV. The large airy room offers a wonderful living space for a family to relax after a hard day at the beach .
Further details outdoors: Externally the villa has several different areas for relaxing. There is an upper terrace off the master suite on the first floor, offering the opportunity to sunbathe in privacy.
There is also a side terrace with patio set , ideal for a BBQ, and a large 8m x 4m pool at the rear of the villa. The garden is laid with gravel and plants, with some artificial grass.
The villa is next to sierra Espuna national park excellent for walking and cycling holidays 3 km from Totana small town offering plenty of tapas bars and Spanish way of life.

Deposit required 30% of total rental price a £150 bond is required at time of final payment 8 weeks prior to arrival-the bond will be returned to you within a week of your departure provided there is no damages or breakages and villa is left in clean and suitable condition for next tenants.
