About the home

The villa with swimming pool is just over a year old, and is located in the quiet and small select development of Residencial Espuna, close to the market town of Totana and at the foot of the beautiful Sierra Espuna National Park.
The villa is ideal, whether you are looking for a family holiday, a quiet relaxing week in the Real Spain, or practising sports and activities (walking, Cycling, Mountain Biking etc etc).

Deposit required, 30% of the total rental price
A £150 bond is required at time of final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to arrival. This bond will be returned to you within 1 week of your departure, provided there have been no damages or breakages and that the villa is left in clean and suitable conditions for the next tennants.

Conditions

On your arrival day, the villa will be available from 4pm and on your departure day the villa needs to be vacated by 12pm.
You will find the villa in clean and suitable conditions for your use, and before your departure you should leave the villa in the same clean and suitable conditions as you found it, ready for the next tennants. Cleaning products are provided.
All damages and breakages must be paid for.

The Murcia region

Renowned for its mild winters and excellent summers, the region of Murcia, Totana and the National Park of Sierra Espuna is an ideal place to holiday and experience the "Real Spain".

The beautiful National Park of Sierra Espuna rises above the town of Totana, and offers fantastic walks, mountain bike routes and rock climbing. There are many bars & restaurants located in the National Park as well as BBQ areas.
Within the Natioinal Park of Sierra Espuna, its worth a visit to the medieval village of Aledo, that is built on a rocky hill top.

For a change of scenery, the coast and the beautiful beaches of Mazarron are only 20minutes away, and here you'll find some of the most beautiful bays and sandy beaches you've ever seen, and they are especially good and safe for families.

For those of us who love to shop and enjoy the taste of city life you can visit the nearby cities of Murcia and Lorca which are full of cultural sites and modern shops.

Costa Calida has a vast array of golf courses and sports facilities. The most famous being "La Managa Club". For the keen golfers this is the region to visit and play a round of golf.

The Totana area

Totana is a bustling market town, and very typically Spanish, with many tapas bars and restaurants. Historically, Totana is well know as a pottery town and you'll find many pottery / cermanic shops. Every Wednesday there is a large market with everything from local fresh fruit and veg to cheap clothes and shoes.

During the year, Totana and nearby village of Aledo hold many festivales:
6th January: Three Kings story procession in nearby village of Aledo
7th January: Totana to La Santa procession with BBQs in the woods around La Santa
Easter: Festivals and float processions through the town
July (week up to 25th July): Festivals in Totana
August (last week): Aledo festival week (medieval village nearby)
7th December: La Santa to Totana procession
7th, 8th, 9th, 10th December: Totana Festivals
