This superbly situated property lies at the highest point in the extremely quiet and peaceful residential area of Sta. Maria de Llorell. This modern and luxurious villa just 2 minutes by car from the private beach can accommodate up to 10 people. It has been completed at the end of June 2007. The villa is very private with spacious rooms, a large 8x4 m pool and lots of terraces including a rooftop terrace with a fantastic panoramic view. Comfortably furnished and equipped you will find almost everything in and around the villa for an unforgettable summer holiday. As from 2008 guests may also use the garage big enough for 4 cars.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
In Catalonia they speak Catalan, it has its own identity and culture. The Catalan countryside is rugged with a romantic coast surrounded by pine woods and lovely bays of fine sand. It enjoys mediterranean clima. Proud of its artistic heritage the area was home of artists like Miro, Gaudi and Dali. A Dali museum you can visit in nearby Figueres and this famous artist's summer residence still exists in the lovely fishing village Cadaques (both about 70 km away) Barcelona itself is a feast of culture and architecture from the mellow atmosphere of Las Ramblas to the modernised waterfront. The coastal villages, some of the them with a long fishing tradition, like Tossa de Mar (3km distance) offer a lot of excellent fish restaurants to choose from. The Pyrenees, forming the border to France with the well known Principality of Andorra (dutyfree) is also a point of interest.
Tossa de Mar / Santa Maria de Llorel area
Sta. Maria de Llorell is one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava, situated 7 km north of Lloret de Mar and 3km south of Tossa de Mar, with a lovely bay (private beach) of fine sand sourrounded by cork oaks and pine woods. Water World and Go-kart in nearby Lloret de Mar are magic sites for children Tennis courts you can find within the residential area and two golf courts in nearby Lloret de Mar
How to get there
Fly to Girona Airport by Ryanair.com, then hire a car. Drive through lovely woods to Tossa de Mar 36 km, another 3 km direction Lloret de Mar to Sta. Maria de Llorell.
Car rental from Girona airport can work out quite cheap. You'll find AVIS - EUROPA Goldcar Rent A Car - EUROPCAR - HERTZ directly at the airport and two cheaper ones SOLMAR - AURIGA on the approach road , connected with the airport by a shuttle. The car hire companies at Girona airport are open from 8.00 am until 11.45 pm from Monday to Sunday.
