House Le Brede on the golf course is situated in Cecina, a little village of Toscolano Maderno, on the western coast of Garda Lake. It is a new and elegant house complex of 12 apartments with pool. The house has got a beautiful sight on the Garda Lake and a wonderful sight on the golf course 'Bogliaco Golf Club', facing our apartment. Apartment Clubhouse has got new, modern and comfortable furniture. A beautiful swimming pool with lake view belongs to the whole apartment house (please consider that only 8 apartments are occupied).

Le Brede house is ideal for golf players, naturalists, cyclists, horse riding lovers and for all people, who would like to have a relaxing holiday in a quiet atmosphere. Apartments Le Brede is the ideal place on Garda Lake for a holiday all the year round. Thanks to the mild climate of our region you can play golf, cycle, ride on the horse back and trekking the all year round. Our house lays middle in nature in a peaceful position. The quiet and typical village of Cecina with a shop, bakery and restaurant-pizzeria can be reached by foot.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area

Lake Garda, once called Benaco, is the largest lake in Italy. Thanks to its mild climate it's an ideal vacation spot the whole year round. In summer you can enjoy the lake, sunbathe and swim in the pleasant warm water. In the other seasons, when the water temperature is not so high to swim in, you can find a lot of other activities to do.

You always have the possibility to practice many sports on the lake or on its hills: the blue of the sea and of the sky, the green of the nature and the breathtaking views from the sorrounding hills will assure you an unforgettable holiday.

Several water parks, amusement parks and nature parks are waiting for you and your children.
Just some examples: Gardaland 45 Km, Canevaworld (waterpark) 45 Km, Zoo Safari Park 45 Km, Botanic Garden, 45 Km.

You can visit some of the numerous attractions of Lake Garda, such as Il Vittoriale degli Italiani, the house of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, the Roman villa in Sirmione, the numerous churches and sanctuaries.
Why not visiting the Arena di Verona and attend to a famous opera?
Milan, Venice, Trento, Bergamo and Brescia can also be visited in one day.

In Toscolano Maderno you can take the ferry: in a while you'll be on the other shore of the lake.
On both shores you can explore the nice lakeside towns or villages.
You'll find a lot of beautiful designer shops and boutiques....you won't be able to avoid going in!

After a day around Lake Garda you can taste the typical products of our region: wine, olive oil, truffles, cheese. There are plenty of culinary pleasures to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Street cafes and bar, restaurants, pizzerie and trattorie, that offers typical dishes can be found both on the lake side and in the hills.

Toscolano Maderno / Cecina, Lombardy area

Our apartments are situated in Cecina, one of the several picturesque villages, of which Toscolano Maderno is made up. On the front there is the lake and the wonderful Monte Baldo and on the back there are the peaks of Monte Pizzocolo (1582 m) and Monte Castell di Gaino (866 m) with their breathtaking views. The particularly mild climate of this region makes it a perfect vacation spot, even in winter. Golf playing, walks and excursions on horseback or with a mountain bike are possible in our territory all the year round.

In the typical village of Cecina you will find a little supermarket and a bakery, a restaurant and a pizzeria (about 0,5 Km). Toscolano Maderno and the wonderful sea with their delicious restaurants and the beautiful shops are about 2 Km far away. The major Garda lake cities and attractions are very near too. Sport, nature, fun and culture on the lake and then back to your peaceful apartment, the ideal formula for a relaxing holiday!

• By air:
the Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport is one of the two best airports to reach Lake Garda.

The secon one is the Verona Airport Valerio Catullo. It is small, but remains busy throughout the year, and it offers direct flights from numerous European destinations.

The ryanair company offers cheap flights to Brescia.

• Car hire: once in the airport you can rent a car. This is the best solution to reach our apartments.

• By car: by car it's easy to reach our house. From Bergamo to Brescia Est on the railway and then on the wonderful panoramic street till Toscolano Maderno. Hier a secondary street along the Bogliaco golf course and its splendid nature will bring you to your apartment.

Apartment Fairway is a beautiful, newly decorated and comfortable 3 room flat on the ground floor. Apartment fairway has a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed ot two bunk beds, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchenette, dining area, a second bathroom (guests' rooms), a beautiful balcony with patio furniture and a beautiful private garden with marvellous views of the golf course and the lake. The kitchen is modern, functional and equipped with a stove hood and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishes. This apartment is for 4 to 6 people. It is ideal for families with children as well as for couples and friends.

Further details outdoors:
On the beautiful and spacious terrace you will find a table and 6 seats. You will have the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors every time. And why not relaxing while sunbathing or reading a good book in your private garden?
Both on the terrace and in the private garden you will enjoy the golf panorama and the beautiful lake and mountains in the background.

Conditions

Arrival days: thursday and saturday. If you would like to arrive in another day, please tell me and I'll try to help you!
• 20% of rental fee due 2 weeks after receiving the bill to secure your booking.
• Refundable breakages deposit of 100 Euro required on arrival, to be refunded before your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
