About the home

The front terrace looks out to the sea and there is a Juliette terrace overlooking the on-site swimming pool. The apartment has 2 sofa beds in the lounge and a beautiful bedroom for 2. DVD/TV with various UK channels. Daily and evening entertainment on site.

The apartment is very spacious and all newly refurnished. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave , oven and hob and is finished with black granite work surfaces. The bedroom again is very spacious and looks out to the on site pool. The front terrace is furnished with a glass table and wicker chairs and looks out to the sea.

On site there is 1 large river shaped swimming pool with pool bar, 1 children's pool and a hot jacuzzi.
There are various bars and eateries on site and also an entertainment team. On site there are Pool tables, table tennis, French Boules, Giant Chess etc.
Within 5 minutes walk outside you can reach the beach with various water activities, there are also well over 100 bars, cafes, shops and restaurants not to mention 4 x 4* Hotels.
If you want Golf there are 4 golf courses all within a 15 minute taxi ride.

Further details

The complex is probably the best sited in Tenerife, whichever way you turn coming off the complex you will be overawed with things going on. 10 minutes walk to Playa De Las Americas, 10 minutes walk to Fanabe and Adeje.
Changeover days are flexible as is room vacation time.

The Tenerife region

South Tenerife is known for its year round climate. November to February you can bank on having the sun 6-7 hours per day with a maximum temperature of around 24 degrees. March to October anywhere from 26 - 32.
The new Siam Water Park has just opened and is a must for water enthusiasts: we went in October with 3 kids aged 16, 12 and 3 and they all want to go back asap! 150 m to Puerto Colon Marina and its bustling night-life.
For Golfers there are 4 Courses within a short Taxi ride. 10 EUROS TAXI RIDE TO ADEJE PGA COURSE !!!!
There are markets within walking distance once to twice per week selling all the usual leather goods, watches, sunglasses etc etc.

The Torviscas Bajo area

The activities are endless in South Tenerife, why not have a round of Golf as there are 4 top class courses within easy reach. 2 water parks including the all new SIAM PARK. Shopping centres for designer bargains.
Hundreds of Bars/Restaurants all within a 5 minute walk !!!!
Visit Jungle Park and walk the rope bridge or just view the white tigers amongst an array of other animals.
Hire a quad or bicycles if you feel energetic. Take a trip to the snow on Mount Teide.
Or just laze on the beach or beside the pool!!! Later have a nice meal / drink and why not do the Quiz !

15 Minutes drive from TFS Airport. Which is served economically throughout the UK by Easyjet, ThomasCook, Monarch, Jet2 and Thomson.

Taxis are plentiful at TFS and cost around 25 Euros to Torviscas Bajo/San Eugenio.

There is also various Care Hire companies at the airport although car hire is not essential at Sunset Harbour.
