From the owner

Our lovely 2 bed apartment is on the ground floor of a small complex. The apartment is situated on a quiet road just off Viale Europa (main road) to beach at Porto Frailis from Tortoli (region of Ogliastra), close to amenities such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, fruit and veg store, supermarkets.

The nearest beach is Porto Frailis is only a short 9/10 minutes walk from our apartment

Tortoli is 5 mins drive away and Arbatax port only 2 mins drive away or 15 min walk.Our apartment has been recently redecorated complete with new kitchen and new modern furniture.Outside there is a good size terrace perfect for outdoor dining complete with garden.Smoking is permitted at our apartment however only outdoors (an ashtray is provided)

Off street parking for 2 vehicles including 1 space in secure underground car park beneath the complex.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people with a large double bed, 2 single beds.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need during their stay.

Bed and bath linen for up to 4 people included.

If you are travelling in a large group we have another apartment close by which can sleep 3 persons - please enquire on availability

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
