No.8 is a well situated third floor (one set of stairs) Victorian appartment. Spacious, bright and well furnished you and your family will feel right at home.
Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to create a feast at the end of a long day, with electric fan oven, gas hobs, toastet, kettle ect..
Living Room has two sofas one being a double sofa bed so theres pleanty of comfy seating to sit back and watch some Sky TV, or a 3D Movie, maybe evan a game or two on the PS3. Free WIFi is also available.
Bathroom is spaciuos with a large shower and bath, Towels are included
Master Bedroom is beautifuly decorated, with its own TV and freesat box, double bed and plenty of storage for clothing.
Twin room with bunkbeds TV and DVD player, so kiddies can bring along there fav films. All bed linen is included.
Located on Torrs Park a beautiful Victorian Street, extreamly popular with ramblers, dog walkers and photographers. The Torrs is a stunning coastal path with its very own secluded peable beach. Just a 5 minute walk to Lidl, and the famous Tunnels Beach created by the victorians as a bath house. Its now a very popular tourist attraction with its tidal pool at the end of the tunnel, indoor and outdoor play area and bar and restaurant. And only a 10 min walk to the high street and the harbour where you will be spoilt for choice of places to eat, places to go and things to see. Such as Damien Hursts, Verity on the peir, or take a sea boat safari or trip to lundy island. The possibilty's are endless.

North Devon is a popular holiday destination. you will never be short of places to go with its breath taking views around every corner, litered with picturesque villages. Such as Ilfracombe home of Damien Hursts Verity a busy sea side town. Lynton and Lynmouth a must with its unique cliff railway, and Near by Valley of the Rocks where you will often see Goats and Exmoor Ponies grazing freely.
Woolacombe is well none for its golden sand beaches, and The Red Barn a fantastic spot for lunch and a cold drink whilst you watch the waves on a sunny day.

"Do not bother"

I am very disheartened and shocked by your claims and threats.
I would like to clarify that you stayed in No.8 for 3 nights and left mid-day on the 4th day. After you failed to Check-in at 14:00 as agreed because you had an all day parking ticket at Woolacombe. I left No.8s keys with my Partner who is the head chef at The Red Barn, in Woolacombe for you to collect. Which i confirmed with you by telephone and email.
I personally cleaned and checked No.8 was in a clean condition ready for your arrival. I take great pride in No.8 and know that your claims off things being dirty are untrue and unfounded.
I did not receive any phone call or email from you in regards to your complaints.
Until your threatening email on your day off departure, I was shocked and disgusted after hearing your threats to leave a negative and untrue review if I did not issue you with a full refund. I am sorry but I know No.8 was in a very good clean condition before you arrived. Taking photos off the apartment when you checked out is unfair and deceitful, and not what the No.8 actually looks like when guests arrive.
I would expect as I am sure other organisations do for there guests to bring to the letters attention any problems within a reasonable period off time. I personally would not have stayed somewhere you have described, and would hope other readers can understand you have made these claims up to try and gain financially.
No issue was or will be refunded, as agreed by Holidaylettings.
No.8s car park is very spacious located at the rear of the property, and is accessible by all vehicles except Lorries.
No.8 and its communal areas are fitted with up to date fire safety procedures, Fire extinguishers, blankets & Alarms are located in communal areas and in No.8 a professional Fire Safety Company is employed to fit and carry out periodical checks on all equipment.
I care a great deal about my guests that visit No.8, and always strive to please and make happy memories for them and there families. As im sure my previous guests would agree.

"A Clean,Spacious flat in a great location"
On arrival we was greeted by Jess, she was extremely helpful throughout our stay and resolved our queries with ease. The flat is clean and very spacious. It is in a great location for exploring Ilfracombe and the surrounding area. Would certainly use it again in the future.

We loved our stay at No.8. The apartment was lovely, it very spacious and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location too, we could walk to Ilfracombe in under ten minutes and Woolacombe was only a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again :)
