Balcon Heights is located just six minutes' walk from the popular Penoncillo beach, between Nerja and Torrox Costa which boasts the Best climate in Europe. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes by car from Torrox to the west and 10 minutes from Nerja to the east. There are several beach bars and local shops and a supermarket within walking distance. The paseo maritimo (promenade) at Torrox has many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The complex includes two communal pools, one main pool for families and an adults only pool. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
With one double and one twin bedroom (both with their own terraces), this apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Additionally there is a large roof terrace with sun beds for private sunbathing.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Malaga, home of Picasso, and the Costa del Sol, has excellent weather and beaches (over 300 days of sunshine per year).
It is located at the southern most coast of Spain and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, with excellent road, air and rail links, travelling is easy.
Torrox / El Penoncillo Beach area
Torrox Costa has two splendid maritime promenades with attractive restaurants and bars and 9 kilometres of wide sandy beaches. El Morche, on the coast to the west of Torrox Costa, is a small unspoilt sea-side village.
A 10 minute drive away to the east is Nerja, which boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sands, sparkling clear waters and is flanked by a dramatic mountain range - the Sierra Almijara. Quaint, cobbled streets in the old quarter of the town, house an extensive range of shops, bars and restaurants, supermarkets and banks.
Torrox Pueblo, 4km inland, has retained its white Moorish village structure with attractive narrow streets and a main square which is a lively and focal meeting place. Much of the town has beautiful views down to the coast. There was once a Moorish castle on top of the hill on which the town stands.

How to get there
Peñoncillo beach is situated in the coastal resort of Torrox Costa at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol and is less than 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport via the N340 motorway.
