Further details indoors: A new complex of townhouses situated overlooking the beach in Torrox Costa, just 5 minutes from Nerja. Comprising of four individual blocks and apartments with a maximum height of three storeys. All townhouses have sea views and are served by a communal swimming pool and ample gardens.
Further details outdoors: Ideal for friends or family to travel together as we have 2 townhouses next to each other for holiday rental, individual parties would have to make an advanced booking to ensure both townhouses are available.

Deposit of £150 will be required to secure the booking, this will need to be paid before the property will be marked as booked deposit is non refundable.
Full payment will be required 8 weeks before departure.
If the booking made is less than 8 weeks to departure the full amount will be required to secure the booking.
Discounts will be offered for longer stays than one week.
Payments can be made via cheque, card (with 2% surcharge) or cash at our office.
A breakage deposit of £100 will be taken for each booking and will be required with full payment – this will be returned once the property has been checked, up to 10 days from the last day of the holiday.
