Situated only a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport in the quiet and immaculately maintained development of Torrox Park, this spacious and well appointed apartment is an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday or as a base for exploring Axarquia, one of the hidden treasures of the Costa Del Sol. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. The large sun terrace provides panoramic views of both Torrox Costa and the mountains and is bathed in afternoon and evening sun. The delightful town of Nerja is only 4 miles away, offering a wide range of shops and restaurants. Unspoilt beaches are only a short walk away. Guests have the use of a recently fully refurbished communal swimming pool. Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are all within walking distance, as is the nearby town of Torrox Costa. For guests who do not wish to hire a car, we can arrange for you to be collected from Malaga airport and returned at the end of your holiday.

The Costa del Sol region


Renowned for having one of the best climates on the Mediterranean coast, this quiet and picturesque region of the Costa del Sol is perfect for relaxing, walking of for more sporting holidays. The popular town of Nerja is only 4 miles away, offering a wide range of shops and restaurants. Las Cuevas de Nerja are also a popular tourist attraction.
Southern Andalucia provides many opportunities for serious and casual walkers in the national parks and nature reserves in the area. For example try walking from Frigliana to Nerja down the river bed; a distance of about 6 km. Take the bus up to Frigliana and look for the sign for the 'Ruta Touristica' at the back of the Plaza de Ingenio.
Local markets: Monday Torrox Costa. Tuesday Nerja. Wednesday Algarrobo Costa and Rincon De Victoria. Thursday Torre Del Mar and Frigliana. Friday Almunecar and La Herradura. Markets usually start by 9.30am and finish at 1.00pm.
There are three 18 hole golf courses within 35 minutes drive of the apartment. Baviera Golf (Tele: 95 2555015) is situated at La Caleta on the coast just 10 minutes away by car. There are splendid views of the sea and mountains from the greens. It is a very picturesque course, with fountains, waterfalls, fish, ducks and ponds. The back nine are particularly attractive with some interesting par 5's and an abundance of water protecting the greens. The bar/restaurant area serves Tapas. There is also a new practice driving range on the Complex.

Our apartment is located an easy 45 minute drive from Malaga airport on the quiet and immaculately maintained development of Torrox Park. Many of the budget airlines have regular flights to Malaga from throughout the UK and Europe.
If you would like to hire a car, we can highly recommend www.carjet.com. We also arrange airport pick-ups and drop-offs for an extra charge which is very competitive with local taxi services. There are bus services to the local town of Torrox Costa from the airport.

Fantastic apartment,clean,comfortable and very well equipped. Fantastic terrace with table, chairs and comfortable sun loungers, very useful as the sun shines on the terrace from 2 until sunset! Fantastic area, peaceful and vey clean. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and small supermarkets. Many bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive. However, if on foot an uphill return, not for the feint hearted! Torrox Costa is supposed to have the best weather on the Costa del Sol and it was certainly true when we were there, Nerja could be in cloud and a few minutes along the coast in Torrox Costa the sky was blue. The booking was an easy process and Ruth was only too happy to answer any concerns we had. Thank you Ruth for allowing us to share your lovley apartment.We will certainly return! Thank you so much for letting us share your lovely apartment. Your apartment is a perfect base for exploring and with so many great eating places. Lovely apartment, great for getting out and about. The apartment is lovely and we didn't want for anything it is so well equipped. The apartment was all one could ask for - clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the beach, shops and bars and would love to visit again. We had a brilliant time and your apartment is beautiful. It felt like home from home and you have done it really tastefully. We will certainly stay again. We will certainly recommend your apartment to friends & family. Our 2nd visit & just as lovely as the first. We loved sitting on terrace watching the birds & the sunset.
