The apartment is suitable for both couples and families, the south facing aspect overlooks the sea and is the perfect place to holiday in Spain. The large private terrace has wonderful views to the sea and is the ideal spot for a quiet meal on the ample size dining table and benches, or just relax and enjoying the wonderful sunshine and climate of the Costa del Sol on the comfortable sun-loungers. Torrox Park has wonderful landscaped community gardens and lawn areas. The communal pool is just a few steps from the apartment and has shower and public toilet facilities.
This area of Spain is perfect for just relaxing or an ideal place for visiting other areas Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Marbella are only 40 minutes drive away. The Sierra Nevada mountains in Granada are also only 45 minutes drive where you can visit the famous Alhambra Palace or ski to your hearts content for the more adventurous.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
As you will find out when you visit the Costa del Sol area of Torrox and Nerja it is renowned for having one of the best climates on the Mediterranean coast. Torrox is a quiet and picturesque area of the Costa del Sol it is a perfect place for relaxing, walking and for the more energetic a perfect sporting holiday. The popular town of Nerja is only a 5-10 minute drive away approximately 4 miles, offering a wide range of shops and restaurants.
Take a visit to the Balcon de Europe and see the typical white-washed village church, where Emmerdale filmed several episodes in 2005. Also a great visit for the animal lover is Nerja Donkey Sanctuary, famous also for the Gordon Ramsey ‘Kitchen Nightmare’ where a local restaurant was filmed after a dinner disaster occurred! A horse-drawn carriage ride to discover some of the winding cobbled streets of the town is also worth it. Nerja is also famous for the beautiful beaches sand coves excellent for scuba-diving and snorkelling. Last but not least a visit to the Las Cuevas de Nerja this also is a popular tourist attraction. There is an outward bound centre in Nerja that offers a vast selection of activities including rafting, horse riding, climbing, walking, quad biking, gorge walking, win surfing, canoeing............. too many to mention!
Torrox / Torrox Park area
Situated only a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport in the quiet and immaculately maintained development of Torrox Park, this spacious and well appointed apartment is an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday or as a base for rambling in Axarquia, one of the hidden treasures of the Costa Del Sol. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. The large sun terrace provides panoramic views of both Torrox Costa and the mountains. The delightful town of Nerja is only 4 miles away, offering a wide range of shops and restaurants. Unspoilt beaches are only a short walk away. Guests have the use of a communal swimming pool.
Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are all within walking distance, as is the nearby town of Torrox Costa. For guests who do not wish to hire a car, we can arrange for you to be collected from Malaga airport and returned at the end of your holiday.

How to get there
Fly to Malaga Airport or travel to Malaga central train station.
The apartment is 45 minutes drive (50kms) from the airport. Car hire available from the airport with a variety of choice (Instructions and map will be sent on request with booking) Also available is private collection please request when booking apartment. Taxis hire is available at the airport and locally check prices as they can vary greatly. There is a good bus service which operates between Malaga and Torrox.

Further details outdoors: Although we must state not suitable for wheelchairs, this is because there are 3 steps upto the front terrace of the apartment. All other aspects would however be suitable as there are no internal steps and the apartment has a shower.

It is possible for us to provide special requests such as flower or fruit baskets for Birthday or Anniversary treats. We would also provide a festively decorated Christmas apartment for bookings over that period.
On arrival a standard 'WELCOME PACK' would also be provided which would contain the basics to tie you over until you became familiar with the area.
You will be provided with clean bed linen, bath towels and beach towels, this is all included in the price of the rental.
The apartment will have a comprehensive visitors book with details of many local attractions, maps of the area and possibly special offer tickets for certain venues and attractions.
Conditions
A deposit 6 weeks prior to holiday is required of 25%, late bookings under 6 weeks must be paid for in full. A signed cheque or cash of 150.00 must be provided on arrival to cover any major damage, the deposit will be returned after the holiday if no damage is found. A charge of 50 Euro is also payable for bed linen, towels and , cleaning service on arrival at the apartment, this is non-refundable. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, however there is a balcony / terrace available.
