The communal gardens look straight out to sea so you are only a 5 minute walk away to the nearest beach, bars and “chiringuitos” (beach restaurants) where you can sample the locally caught fish of the day.

Access to your accommodation is after 16:00 and you must vacate the accommodation by 10:00.
You are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
We have other apartments available in the same complex for rent.
Bookings from persons under the age of 18 cannot be accepted.
If you have to cancel, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive your notification, receipt of which will be acknowledged by us.
If you cancel 8 weeks or more before your rental start date you will only forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your rental start date you will forfeit the full cost of the rental.
You are responsible for any damage or loss sustained to your accommodation during your stay up to the full value of your damage and security deposit.
We have the right to refuse to hand over keys to your accommodation to any person who, in our reasonable opinion, is not suitable to take charge. In such cases, the cost of your rental less the deposit will be refunded and we will have no further liability.
We also have the right to repossess the accommodation at any time, if in our reasonable opinion, you or any member of your party is unsuitable to remain in charge because of their age, ill health, suspected or actual influence of alcohol or drugs or because of irresponsible, noisy and disruptive behaviour likely to cause danger or annoyance to themselves, other persons or property. In this case we will have no further responsibility or liability and no refunds, costs or expenses will be met.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol coast line has something for everyone’s taste whether you are looking for a quiet restful resort to a livelier resort. Rest assured the Costa del Sol will have somewhere that meets your requirements.
It has a fantastic coast line that is framed by the warm blue Mediterranean Sea with temperatures that vary between a low 13 ºC in the winter months and can rise up to a sweltering 40 ºC in the peak months of July and August.
There are mountains and villages to explore, the Nerja caves, Golf courses galore, walking holidays, horse riding, diving, water sports, tennis, water parks, boat trips or just plain shopping, you name it the Costa has it.
If you are lucky enough to be around the time of any of the Spanish fiestas then you are in for a treat, as the
Spanish know how to party and keep up the old traditions.
There really is something for everyone in this area.
The Torrox area
40 minutes drive east of Malaga lies the coastal town of Torrox Costa. It boasts a beautiful stretch of beach that is home to numerous bars and restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine, including the popular dishes of sardines and paella.
Although not as busy as its neighbouring towns, Torrox Costa is an ideal place for those who love a stroll along the beach front, maybe stopping to see what the local fishermen have caught. For the more adventurous you could participate in one of the many water sports that are available or maybe play a round of golf at one of the three nearby courses.
You really get the best of both worlds at Torrox Costa, relaxation, tranquillity or the hustle and bustle of the neighbouring towns. Come along and witness it for yourself whilst enjoying the sun, sea and of course, sangria!
How to get there

When you come out of the airport you will come to a roundabout where you need to go straight on.
You will see the San Miguel brewery on your right hand side and you will need to keep in the left hand lane.
Stay in this lane and the road will go all the way round to the right and you will join up with the main carriageway. You will need to move over at least one lane to the left otherwise you will end up going down a slip road. If you need to put petrol in your car stay in the slip road and you will come to a garage. Once you come out of the garage you can then rejoin the main carriageway again.
You should see Makro and Toys R Us on your left hand side and should now look out for the road signs going in the direction of Almeria and Motril.
Follow these signs and you will join the main motorway that runs through Malaga that will eventually bring you to Torrox.
You will need to stay on this motorway until you come to Exit 285 to Torrox Costa.
(Please note that the exits are not numbered consecutively but by the number of kilometres that each exit is from a certain point on the motorway.)
Follow the signs to Torrox Costa and at the second roundabout turn left onto the N340 and head towards Nerja.
Go straight over at the next roundabout and then after about another kilometre look out for what appears to be a big blue cross on the right and a big blue triangle on the left. These are signs showing the way to “El Pino” camping.
At these signs turn left and you should see a yellow sign directing you to Balcon Heights which is the name of the complex that you are staying on.
Follow this road, which bears round to the right, and take the third turning on the right which will lead you down to the apartments and villas at the bottom of the road.
Look for the little tiles that indicate the apartment/villa number.

The rental basis is per property per week and is to be paid in Euros with all bank charges payable by the holidaymaker.
For the periods over Easter, Christmas and New Year the rental rates are increased please ask for our current rates.
€150 (Euros) non-refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you fail to pay this amount in full by the agreed date we will treat your booking as cancelled by you, retain your deposit and re-let the property. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of arrival the full amount must be paid to secure the booking.
A €200 refundable deposit is also payable at the time of booking to be held against damages and breakages.
Payment can be made via Electronic Bank Transfer or by a Bankers Draft payable in Euros (€).
Credit/Debit cards accepted via PayPal.
Welcome Packs available on request at a cost of 25€.
Airport transfers available on request at an additional cost.
Beach Towels can be hired at a cost of 1€ per towel per day.
