About the home

Relax on the unusually spacious terrace, get a tan on the sunbeds, lunch in the sun and watch the waves lapping on the 7kn beach. The 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, French doors open onto the terrace from the master bedroom and living room. The light and airy living room has a sofabed, sofa and 2 easy chairs, dining area with table and 6 chairs, satellite TV. The separate well equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
There are shops, bars and restaurants in the same street.
Safe swimming, watersports, waterpark, tennis, fishing, golf 30 minutes away, horseriding, cycling and walking holidays in the nearby hills, good nightlife, close to historic cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville, good shopping in Malaga and Marbella, tapas and seafood, and peace and relaxation. Frequent buses to Malaga and Nerja, with its spectacular caves.

There is a choice of 2 swimming pools available in the complex in summer Tennis court and paddle court in the complex. There is ample parking in the street outside the apartment block.

The Costa del Sol region

Torrox Costa boasts it has the best climate in Europe with 300 days of sunshine annually. It has developed along the coast from the old inland village of Torrox. There is a promenade, many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, children's playground, beach games, a local street market on Mondays and Roman remains near the lighthouse.
The picturesque white villages of Andalusia are within easy access, as are the Alpujarras and Sierra Nevada for walking and wildlife. Nerja has spectacular caves and a lively nightlife, while the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana has a long history of Moorish battles.

The Torrox / Torrox Costa area

Shopaholics will find all they need in Malaga and Marbella. If you love history and beautiful old buildings, visit the Moorish palace and gardens of the Alhambra in Granada, 2 hours drive away. The vast mosque in Cordoba, the Mezquita and Seville's cathedral and Alcazar palace are all within reach. Malaga has the Picasso museum, lots of typical tapas bars and fish restaurants. Buses run frequently from the end of the road to both Nerja and Malaga.
There is safe bathing and sun beds and sunshades can be hired on the beach. The area offers horseriding, tennis, watersports of all kinds, fishing, golf, walking and cycling, and nightlife.

Malaga airport is 40 minutes away. Cheap flights are available by Easy Jet, BeMiBaby, Jet 2 , Aer Lingus and Globespan, and BA and Iberia have scheduled flights several times a day.
We can arrange for a local car hire firm to meet you at the airport, or for a licensed taxi to take you to the apartment. There are buses from Malaga airport to the bus station where you can catch a bus that stops at the top of the road from the apartment.
