The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The apartment is located very close to all the local bars and restaurants which are family friendly and within easy reach of Torrevieja, 4 golf courses and several blue flag beaches. Torrevieja is situated on the south east coast of Spain, the Costa Blanca; which is noted for its superb climate enjoying 320 days of sun a year and miles of sandy blue flag beaches.
The region has much to offer tourists of all ages from beaches, the town centre, parks and nature trails to excellent golf courses and all kinds of water sport activities. Due to the particularly good climate this is an all year round holiday destination with bargain flights to be had from November to late February for that weekend break or winter golf.
Torrevieja Town / Playa los Locos area
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the Ecu property, located on Diego Ramirez which is on the outskirts of the main town of Torreveija. All amenities and beaches are accessible either by foot, a short bus ride or car journey.
Surrounding the apartment you have a choice of supermarket for all your self catering needs, directly beneath the apartment is a Consum supermarket and larger supermarkets such as Mercadona are several minutes walk or drive away.
Directly near the apartment there is also a thriving and busy market that takes place every Friday and sells both foods and merchandise. There are a variety of water sport activities in the area, including the Aquapolis outdoor water park; as well as horse riding and Go Karting. There are many bars, restaurants and night clubs both in and around Torrevieja, including a Pacha Nightclub, whose most famous franchise is in Ibiza.
Torrevieja town itself is an old fishing town which is still typically Spanish with a very picturesque marina, a buzzing water front market and children’s fun fair with bars and restaurants lining the sea front. During the different seasons expect carnivals, fiestas and annual festivals.
Popular beaches near the apartment include Punta Prima (7km), Playa Flamenca (10km). The closest beach Los Locos is only a 5 minute walk away (1.5km) from the apartment.
Golf Fanatics can reach Golf courses within 15 minutes drive.
If you wish to explore further afield there are classical Spanish towns such as San Miguel and Orihuela close by, bustling Murcia, historic Cartagena & stylish Alicante are all a short drive. The bustling resort of Benidorm with attractions including Terra Mitica Theme Park & Mundomar Marine Park is also just under an hour away and a must for parties including children. This apartment with excellent facilities and prime location is perfect for a small family, friends or couples of any ages.

How to get there
Fly to Murcia or Alicante airports. Murcia is 30 minutes drive and Alicante is 40 minutes drive to the apartment.
Cheapest flights are generally through jet 2, Bmibaby, Easy Jet, Ryan Air or Monarch. Car hire is available from the airport through Hertz direct or carjet.com; however a car is not a necessity unless you wish to explore further afield.
A meet and greet key service with the key holder will be arranged for your arrival at the apartment. Airport pick up can be arranged upon request.

Further details indoors: The property was built in 2005 to a high standard. It is on the 2nd floor with both stairs, ramp and lift access. The apartment has a video intercom system to the apartment front entrance.
On entering the apartment you have a hallway with the bedroom on the right. This has 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables, space for a camp bed (2 Fold away-supplied) a built in wardrobe with hangers, and floor safe.
The next room down the hallway is the bathroom, which is fully tiled and has a bath with a shower over bath, bidet, toilet, sink, cupboards and mirror.
At the bottom of the hallway the apartment opens out into a living room with a 3-seater sofa, TV, Dining table with 2 chairs.
The kitchen is of the side of the living room and has a cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer The balcony opens via full length sliding patio doors from the living room
Further details outdoors: The balcony is an ample size and is furnished with a table and chairs for 4, ideal for alfresco dining.
Ample parking is provided directly outside the apartment, and is easy to find.
