The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a modern atrium style apartment block serviced by two lifts.
The apartment benefits from hot and cold part air conditioning. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a sofa, an armchair, coffee table, television, DVD player with a wide selection of DVD movies, Mini Hi Fi that plays radio, cds and tapes, dining table and chairs. Sliding glass patio doors lead to a private balcony with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation.The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, hob, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also an iron & ironing board. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, W.C., bidet, and wash basin with mirror.
The double bedroom has a double bed with individual bedside lights and cabinets, a fitted wardrobe and a set of drawers. The twin room has two single beds and wicker shelving.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This Costa Blanca area is famous for its exceptional climate, which is warm and sunny with low rainfall, enjoying over 340 days of sunshine each year. The singularly dry climate, with its salt lakes and lagoons, have brought attention from the World Health Organisation. It is an ideal destination for a holiday, with numerous beaches which are both very safe and regarded as the cleanest in the Mediterranean.
Torrevieja Town area
-Apartment location- The apartment is is a fabulous location. Aswell as being just a two minute walk to Torrevieja's premier town beach, Playa Del Cura with its wonderful promenade, it is also within 10 minutes walking distance to Play De Los Locos - another beautiful town beach. The centre of Torrevieja town is less than a 10 minute walk away, and also in the surrounding area, just a few minutes walk away are shops and restaurants, bars and clubs, two main supermarkets, the central Torrevieja bus station and the famous Friday Market. If you are intending to stay local to Torrevieja, you do not need a car.
-Playa DelCura- Dubbed as Torrevieja's premier beach resort, Playa Del Cura has golden sands and one of the finest Blue Flag town beaches in the Costa Blanca. With a wonderful paved promenade stretching to the town centre, littered with fantastic bars and restaurants, shops, Ice cream vendors, market stalls and entertainers, its truly a wonderful place for a summer/winter break.
-Torrevieja town- The town of Torrevieja is one of Spains most up and coming destinations, with excellent bars and restaurants, boutiques and shops, the town has so much to suit a plethora of tastes. Nestled around a beautiful plaza & church the town is big enough to wander around discovering all its offerings, but not big enough to need transport. Still maintaining an Spanish feel unlike many of Spain's holiday resorts, Torrevieja is a great place to visit.
-Friday Market- Every Friday, all year round and just a five minute walk from the apartment is one of Spain biggest street markets. Selling a wealth of goods from rugs to instruments, from ceramics to clothes, antiques, soveniers, basically everything you would expect from a Mediterranean Bazaar.

~~BY CAR FROM AIRPORT~~
-Alicante Airport - Follow 'All traffic' sign from the airport onto the N332. Follow signs for Cartegena staying on N332. Torrevieja is approximately a 45 minute drive and signposted on the N332.
-Murcia Airport - Follow 'All traffic' sign from airport. Follow signs for the motorway AP-7/A-7 towards Alicante. Torrevieja is approximately 45 minutes drive and is signposted from motorway.

Further details
Due to the proximity to the sea, there is no pool in the apartment complex. There is a pool roughly a 15 minute walk away. For 8 Euro's a day you can spend the day there, with a 'swim to bar', restaurant and set in beautiful grounds of Torrevieja's premier Urbanisation.
