Torrevieja holiday apartment to rent on Spain's Costa Blanca..
Close to local amenities. Torrevieja is located on the Costa Blanca on the Mediterranean coast; 45 minutes drive south of Alicante Airport, and 25 minutes drive north of Murcia Airport. Transfers can be arranged.
Car hie not essential 2 mins to the Playa del Cura & Playa de Locos beaches bars restaurants and shops, 15 mins to main harbor and marina, 20 mins walk into town, 10 mins walk to bus station.
The apartment is on Cala Corbetta, a quiet residential street.
.High season is £165 per week plus commission to holiday lettings at an approximate guess for 2 weeks you would be looking at £340 approximately for your stay.
Airport transfer service can be arranged door to door currently priced at 90 euro's return from Alicante and Murcia airports.
Accommodation, sleeps up to 6, cots can be arranged at no extra cost
Dates November December, January February March show Long term letting prices and not short term short term are between £100 and £130 per week
We do long and short term holidays, long term holidays £70 per week however minimum booking price is for a week even if you take 2 days, whatever.
Bars and restaurants overlook the pedestrianised sea front. A wide variety of cuisine is available, all at very reasonable prices.
Beaches are of soft white sand and have been sectioned off by the construction of sea walls in natural stone for safer bathing for children.

Most of the popular Bars & Restaurants, are found on the pedestrianized sea front, however, numerous excellent restaurants are located in side streets.

The property is a stone throw away from the beach which is a bonus especially if you have kids. We had a good time. The property offers a really good value for money. Near to all different shops and no need for a car. The only let down is the air con but otherwise everything about it is perfect. If you don't mind not having air con, this property is perfect.

My family and I have recently returned from our 9 day stay in this accommodation and was extremely shocked to see the review that the previous guest had submitted. We cannot find any fault in this apartment and we were extremely pleased with it. The only shock I have is about the price cause it is very cheap for its location and excellent value for money. The apartment exceeded our expectations as it states about it being compact. However, my party consisted of 6 people and yet it was a perfect size for our stay and not once did we feel it was small. The balcony was fantastic, having a 6 seater table and chairs plus 2 reclining chairs. I felt very safe and secure at all times especially being a single mother and my sister who also stayed was also a single mother. The apartment was very clean and Sara the lady who is the agent for the property made sure we were fully satisfied before she left us. She also kept in touch with us throughout our stay which is above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. The location was amazing with the beach virtually on our doorstep and plenty of bars and restaurants in less than a 1 minute walk. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it. We will certainly be telling all our friends, colleagues and family about it and will definitely return in the future.

the pick up from alicante was good, driver was friendly and prompt also prompt on departure apartment was clean and tidy a little on the small side but was OK for 3 of us me and my mum and dad, the balcony was large and got the sun nearly all day, the beach was only - 1-2 minutes away, it was a nice large beach which was a blue flag beach . there was a excellent supermarket only minuites away all in all it was excellent the only draw back was the apartment does really need air conditioning the fans were a essential as the temp reach 410+ some days over all i was very pleased and would go again

We had to cancel another apartment (due to work commitments) and managed to get this one. The agent who met us was very friendly and gave us great information. There was a lift to take us upstairs, which we didnt expect. The foyer and common areas are spotless and well-kept. The apartment itself is fantastic. One huge double bedroom and one smaller double bedroom. Good shower and bath and the kitchen is fine for a holiday (all appliances and instructions there to meet your needs). There is a huge balcony and a clothes dryer which was great. I would have no hesitation in renting this apartment again. Proximity to the boulevard and beach is fantastic. The only minus for us was that there was no internet access, but being a holiday home thats absolutely understandable. Plenty bars offer free access. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was the second time our family used this apartment and I have to say it is perfect for a stay in Torrevieja, reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, excellent safe location with a good supermarket just around the corner and beach /restaurants very close by. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to a friend and would definitely stay here again. The agents were first class and could not have looked after us better. Overall a perfect base for a holiday.

a very nice spotlessly clean 2 bed apartment, although one bedroom very small, plenty of room in the double bedroom and a good range of hanging space and drawers. Ideally situated just off the main road and a couple of minutes to the Playa del Cura Beach. As I was travelling on my own, I found the apartment ideal for my needs although for a family the small bedroom and very small kitchen might prove a little too compact. Plenty of restaurants all on the doorstep so a good reason to eat out. I enjoyed the large balcony with plenty of sunshine.

Just returned home following a stay at this apartment. I couldn't recommend it enough. The location was prefect just a minute from the beach in a very quiet area, I felt completely safe staying here. Decent supermarket very close to apartment. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and couldn't be faulted in any way. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our third visit to this apartment in four years. A perfect location a minute from the beach up a side street with no real view as such but very quiet and convenient for shops and restaurants. We hired a car although we have in the past used the transfer service which was excellent. There are lots of bus trips available through the tourist information at cheap prices to local markets and places of interest. We used the car to go further afield such as Benidorm which is an hour away and south of where we were staying to different beaches. Go in land to Eche which is a spar town and a total contrast to the more commercial towns on the coast. I would agree with the many other reviews that the apartment fits the needs of anyonje wanting an affordable holiday. It was very warm at night and the only downside was no aircon but I understand from the owners of the apartment that they are investigating the installation of air con for next year. Excellent value for money and I would recommend this apartment to families and couples alike. Looking forward to our next trip!!!

Just returned from 2 weeks in this apartment and can honestly say description of the property is perfect. The location of the property could not be better, so near beach, restaurants, bars & shops yet quiet and peaceful. I would go back to this apartment and would definitely recommend it. It has everything you could need for a holiday and then some.

Stayed in the apartment for two weeks in June 2010. Nice and clean.Quiet area in one way street. Beach,shops, bars and restaurants just on the doorstep. If it is available I will absolutely rent this apartment next time I visit Torrevieja.

I found this apartment to be really good value for money. It was modern and had everything you needed and was in a good location only a minute from the beach and supermarket. The only downside was no air-con but fans are provided to keep you cool. The Airport transfer service was also really handy. Not for those looking for a luxury pad but provides a good base at an excellent price.

My family and I regularly travel to Torrevieja to visit in-laws. Our stay was just over 2 weeks in August 2009. I have stayed in a number of similar properties in the area and this review is based on a comparison with other properties in the area. I found this apartment to be exceptional value for money. The cleanliness on arrival was good, the oven and fridge were particularly clean. The website description is accurate and when we encountered a problem with the door shutters a repair was carried out within 24hrs. David contacted us prior to departure to warn us the lift was out of order, to our surprise this had been fixed by the time we arrived! The location of the apartment gets a 9/10 from me. only one block away from the beach approx a 5 min stroll. The supermarket is a 5 min stroll, and the main harbor / fairground area is a leisurely 20 min stroll along the sea front. The use of a play station and DVD player in the apartment kept the kids amused when we wanted a quiet night. For the fitness fanatics, there is a gym around the corner who charge per session, I found this useful. On the downside, we found the apartment very warm, even with the fans on, it was difficult to cool the apartment at night, we spent the bulk of August in the apartment and I feel aircon would be very beneficial during the summer months. The kitchen was very small for a 2 bed apartment. Overall, good value budget accommodation. Hopefully we will be returning at Easter 2010.

Property was found to be clean and furnished well with all the utilities available that you would expect at home. Although the lifts were not operational this was not a problem as the short walk to the second floor is only made once or twice a day. Local supermarkets are only 200 meters away and stock everything the self catering clients would need. Restaurants are abundant in the local area with varied menus to suit all tastes. With a good sized fun fair at the promenade and the shopping area located opposite this area is ideally suited to all. Overall we had a fantastic time and will be seriously considering returning to the same apartment in the future. A bargain at the price.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, this apartment was outstanding value for money 4 of us went for one week and cost us a little over ? per nite per head. The apartment had all the facilities needed and more as some guests had kindly left some beach items for others to use. We were close to all amenities shops bars and restaurants,the variety of food available caters for all needs and staff were always friendly.
The beach is 2mins away and a 7 euro taxi ride took us to the water park a fantastic day out. Also located close to the water park is PACHA a night club we did not visit because we went to the one in Ibiza a couple of weeks ago a brilliant nite out.

A friend and I recently stayed in this apartment for a ten day holiday I have to say we were absolutely delighted.Firstly the apartment was very clean, pretty and homely. it was also well equipped and situated perfectly. With literally a two minute walk to the beach, yet on a quiet side street, this apartment is very suitable for families. The agent who met us at the apartment was friendly and welcoming ( he also made sure that the taxi driver did not charge us too much). He was able to answer all our questions about the area.On the first day we had a little problem with the shower and a blind. A short phonecall later and the problem was rectified. throughout the holiday i found both the owner and the agency most helpful to deal with. The apartment price is more than fair and would be hard to top for location and cleanliness. although it would be relatively small for six adults, a family of six would fit comfortably. I will certainly be booking again next year!thanks!

I have just returned from two weeks holiday at this apartment with my sister. We had a great time. The location was brilliant only a short walk from the sandy beach and near to all the bars and restaurants. I would recommend it to my friends. The only thing it lacks is air conditioning which is definitely needed in the summer months.

Having stayed in this well equipped 2 bed flat from January to March this year, I recommend it to any body, 5 minutes from the beach and close to local shops and reasonable walking distance to town center, but the flat it self is nicely set-out, a compact but well equipe kitchen is off the living/dining room which the center of the flat, a nice size balcony and in the unlikely event of bad weather there are a good of DVD`s to watch. I happy recommend this flat to any body

The apartment is in a good location, close to beach and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Unfortunately the safe wasn't working, the combination had obviously been changed and was unable to open it, nor could we get any stations on the TV. The lift also not working (apartment on 3rd floor) but luckily we were all able to take the stairs. The double bedroom was disappointing as not enough room to swing a cat and the mattresses on all beds were very hard and not very comfortable. Balcony ideal with the sun on it for most of the day. Kitchen very compact but didn't do any cooking so that was fine.
I am very disappointed in LINDAs review. I am not advertising that you will stay at the "Savoy" if you want that then you should book and pay for accordingly. The review should reflect on whether you got value for money, which I try and ensure these are tough times financially for all.

The location of the apartment was ideal, just a couple of minutes to the lovely Cura beach. The balcony was also an excellent feature as the sun was on it most of the day and it was private, which suited me beautifully. The level of equipment was fine and functional, although the kitchen was very compact. I stayed there on my own, so had plenty of room for myself, but it could accommodate more. I would be happy to recommend it to my friends and indeed, visit there again myself.

I found the property to of very good value. You do not need to hire a car as everything is within walking distance. The owner has left a good guide for things to do in the area and places to eat. Although the television was not working as most of the Costa Blanca at the moment, there was an ample supply of DVDs to watch if you stay in which who does on holiday. the beach is only a 30 second walk so what more could you ask for. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for a good holiday away from it all.

Big enough for four people, would have been a bit of a squeeze for 6 people. ideal location only minutes from beach, restaurants and bars to suit all ages and tastes. walking distance from markets and shops.very clean block of apartments. we felt very safe in the area.Only one bathroom being the downside. a small but functional kitchen, but who cooks while on holiday. good size balcony with adequate seating for outside eating, which only lost the sun after 3 pm in September. Id defently go back to this appartment. Excellent value for money.

I stayed at this apartment with my family,we had a wonderful time.It was so central to the beaches,the centre of the area and best of all the supermarket as i didn't hire a car and it was only a 5 minute walk. The block of apartments were very nice inside ,no noise day or night.The owner was very good to contact me and asked if i was happy with the apartment he also asked me to let him know if i had any future problems whilst i would be staying there.I would use this apartment again and would inform people to use it as it was very good value for money.
I was delighted with Diannes response we aim to meet high standards at all times to ensure our guests get value for money. We think ourselves that the most important aspect of our apartment is its location. Close to all amenities.
