With one double, one twin bedroom, English TV - DVD. Air Con fitted, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty to do in the surrounding area during your stay. Situated only a 1 minute walk to a lovely beach and only a short walk to the centre of Torrevieja town.

With over 300 sunny days a year and average temperatures in January of 12C and in August of 26C, Torrevieja is the ideal destination for summer holidays and winter breaks. In fact – it´s an ideal holiday destination 365 days of the year!

For those who want to discover the area, the bus station is just a short walk away with cheap and frequent services. Also, we have contacts with English speaking Taxis who will take you to the Aqua Park , Elche Rio Safari Park or we can book a bus trip to Terra Mitica theme park or further a field.

Within a 20 min drive, you can play golf, go horse riding, play tennis as well as enjoying all the watersports.

Whatever you choose to do, you can easily from this great location!!

The Torrevieja Town / Playa los Locos area

The seaside resort of Torrevieja sits on the Costa Blanca coast beside two salt lakes and is a popular holiday destination all year round. The salt lakes that surround Torrevieja produce a special microclimate that is one of a kind in the whole of the Iberian Peninsula.

It is served by Alicante airport (40 minutes) and Murcia – San Javier airport (20 minutes). The bustling town boasts an elegant promenade along its seafront with cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours, as well as a marina with 1500 berths.

Places like the church, the casino and the harbour remain much the same as when they were built at the turn of the century.

Visitors with an eye for a bargain will enjoy the evening craft market on the promenade, as well as the many shops and several commercial centres in the town. Friday is market day where you can browse through up to 1200 different stalls in one of the region´s biggest markets.

At night the town is buzzing with many different bars and restaurants to choose from, serving the best in local and international cuisine.

If you´re a sportsperson you can visit the three local golf courses, go horse riding or enjoy water skiing and swimming at one of many local Blue Flag beaches. Children and adults alike will love Torrevieja´s own Water Park. There is also a sports complex within close proximity with a heated indoor pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi.

For lovers of nature, a visit to La Mata nature park is a must.

There is also a local Internet Cafe if you want to keep up to date on your emails. There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 15 minutes.

If you fancy travelling further afield, the historic towns of Alicante, Murcia and Cartegena, are all less than an hour´s drive away.

The Costa Blanca is well served by all the major airlines flying into Alicante or Murcia Airport.
Try: Easyjet, Jet 2, Ryanair, Monarch, Globespan as well as Iberia, Air Berlin, BA ,BMI Baby and Flybe.

From there we can arrange airport pickup or you can hire a car.

As we live in Torrevieja all year round, we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport at the lowest price - €40 from both Alicante and Murcia Airport.
