About the home

It's a two bedroom apartment sleeping four people, and it is an ideal choice for those wishing to enjoy a quiet, friendly, and mostly Spanish family orientated apartment block. Bedroom one has a king size bed & bedroom two has two single beds. It has a large lounge with a well equipped American style kitchen. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a two story building, towards the southern end of the resort of Torrevieja. We are sure you will enjoy relaxing on the blue flag Playa de los Náufragos beach, which is just a five minuet walk away, this beach is extremly safe, especially for young children with lifeguards who patrol the beach in the high season. There is however no lift in the block, and the apartment is up two flights of stairs, so is not fit for the infirm.

A complex with a Swimming pool, Crazy Golf and Bar, which also sells food and drink, is situated just around the corner from the apartment, and is open between June and September, a small charge is made on entry for the use of this facility. There is also an Aqua park, Go-karting, and a Fun Fair close at hand, to get the children thoroughly exhausted. There is a large market in the town centre on Fridays, and on the promenade every day and well into the night, but be prepared to haggle over the prices. For the more adventurous of you, there is Hot Air Ballon rides at Elche, with scuba diving, jet skiing, sea fishing and horse riding close to Town, and the area is ideal for cyclists. For the golf enthusiast there are three golf courses close to Torrevieja, the golf coarse a Villa Martin is not to be missed. If you enjoy a game of Bowls, there is a club at La Maina that welcomes guests. Torrevieja is also a great cultural centre, with an Art Gallery, Theatre and Concert Hall which boast a lively mixture of performances, and has something to offer, both to the young and elderly alike.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking, except on the balcony.
Refundable breakage/key deposit of £100.00 is required before your arrival, this will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, the remainder is to be paid 4 weeks prior to your departure date.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is an ideal location for some of the most magnificent beaches in Spain, which vary from small coves to long streatches of golden sand with sand dunes. The climat is excellent, with over 300 days of sunshine, and the surrounding area is steeped in history. The Salt lakes, known as Las Salinas are the largest in Europe, and these lagoons help to draw the moisture out of the air, as well as being the home to hundreds of Flamingo's. Combined with a low rainfall (approx 11 days a year), this create's a microclimate with low humidity, which makes the Torrivieja region ideal for asthma, rheumatism, and arthritis sufferers, and you can even take a mud bath, which is great fun.

The Torrevieja Town / El Paraiso, Torrevieja area

Torrevieja is a great cultural centre and has something to offer both young and old alike. If you are able, do visit the stunning beach at Guardamar, which boast a superb Pine & Eucalyptus Forest, ideal for Picnics and Bar-B-Q’s. For the Golf enthusiast there are three golf courses close to Torrevieja, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the course at Villa Martin is most certainly not to be missed. If you enjoy a game of Bowls, there is a club at La Marina that welcomes guests. For the kids, we strongly recommend you get them thoroughly exhausted at the Aqua Park on the outskirts of town. There is also a Fun Fair in the town centre,Ten Pin Bowling, a Zoo and several Go-Kart tracks on the outskirts. There are also several school's offering you the chance to do some Scuba Diving, Sea Fishing, and Jet Skiing. For the more adventurous there is also Horse Riding Establishments and Hot Air Balloning nearby. Whether your trip to Torrevieja is for a holiday, or on business, we know that you will enjoy your stay.

Had a lovely time, apartment was very clean and homely, and well equipped and laid out. As far as we were concerned, everthing could not have been better. We had a fantastic time, and the resort of Torrevieja is grand. We went out to several places of interest, especially the Roman remain at Cartegina, and just used the apartment as a base.
