A two bed first floor apartment in a small complex, built just two years ago, so still brand new, overlooking the main pool and children's pool and only 15 min. walk to the beach.
Just a short walk away is the Aquapolis Water Park, with its many water features including giant water slides. The main promenade walk along Torrevieja seafront takes you past the many bars and restaurants into the permanant street market and the Fun Fair which is open all year round.
Along to the marina, where you can take pleasure boat trips, or visit the Submarine, now used as a floating museum.
In all, lots to do for all ages.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This North side of Torrevieja is a popular, quieter residential area although still within easy reach of the main town centre and nightlife, and recreation facilities such as the Aqua Polis Waterpark, Golf Courses (30 mins) and 200 yards from the famous Friday market. It is also near the famous 'Salt Lakes' which make the air in the region reputedly very healthy.
Torrevieja is typically Spanish, and not as commercialised as other Spanish resorts. There are no high rises or package holidays here, and still retains that relaxed Spanish enviroment.
There are on average 320 days of sunshine with average temperatures of 17degrees., with July and August recording 30+ . Many people prefer the months when the weather can be near perfect: April, May, June, September, October, and November.
Torrevieja Town area
All local restaurants are worth a visit, especially Bar Carlos (5 mins. from apartment). All amienities are within easy walk of the apartment, but should you wish to explore further a car would be worthwhile, to drive to places like Mini Hollywood, in the Tabernas desert, where all the Clint Eastwood Spahgetti westerns were made and is now a superb western theme park.
Or the mountain retreat of El Cid called Guadalest, high in the Sierras overlooking Benidorm, boasting fantastic views, different sorts of gift shopping, and of course, excellent bars and restaurants. Winding your way down the mountains, you can stop at the Fonts de Algar, and swim in the natural rivers and waterfalls of this beautiful mountainside, and then pop along to the dramatic and lovely Catus Park and Museum.

Further details indoors: Entry phone access, and lifts to the first floor. You walk into the entrance hallway, always nice and cool, even in the hot summer, where you find the entrance to the outdoor swimming pool. Always a popular place for the children to work off a little energy. But they can be safely watched by you from your first floor balcony.
Further details outdoors: The apartments are entered by a beautiful entrance hall secured by an entryphone system. There is kerb parking outside the apartments, and wheelchair access.
