Lovely 2 bedroom/1 bathroom, upper ground-floor apartment, only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de los Locos and its numerous bars and restaurants. The centre of Torrevieja is an easy 15-minute stroll away on the seafront promenade.
The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is hot and cold air-conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom. (Please, note that air-conditioning is by coin-operated meter. This way we can keep our rental rates low.) British Satellite TV and radio channels available free of charge. Watch or listen to all your favourite programmes! Also, DVD player is available for your personal use. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and crockery you need. Towels and bedlinen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Beach chairs are provided as well.
The complex has a small outdoor pool, ideal to cool down on hot summer days.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca (White Coast) got its name from long, beautiful white beaches; most of them are awarded Blue Flag status for safety, cleanliness and facilities. There are plenty of both natural and man-made, town beaches. This area also boasts one of the best climates in the world with more than 300 sunny days a year. It has been popular with holidaymakers from Northern Europe since the 60s and many of them regularly spend all of the winter months here. The fantastic climate also makes this region a popular golf destination all year round. There are 12 golf courses between Alicante and Murcia, all within 45 minutes drive from the apartment including Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin in Orihuela Costa, La Finca near Algorfa and the world famous La Manga Club.

Torrevieja Town / Rosaleda/Los Locos area

Playa de los Locos is a popular seaside suburb of Torrevieja, about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It has a beautiful, long, sandy beach and many Spanish and international restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes. You can eat in a different place every day of your holiday. Visit the outdoor market and the funfair, have a drink overlooking the sea at one of the dozens of bars, cafes and pubs and try some traditional Spanish tapas. Later you can dance the night away in one of the dance bars and clubs along Torrevieja´s 'Disco Street'. Or if you prefer to take it easy why not have dinner ' al fresco' on your own terrace? Torrevieja´s fabulous climate makes it possible almost all year round! The buses run along the beachfront into Torrevieja town centre or, if you take the bus in the opposite direction, you can go to La Mata and Guardamar where there are more fantastic beaches and activities to choose from. There are grocery stores and supermarkets within walking distance. 'Carrefour' hipermarket and the new 'Habaneras' shopping centre are a short drive away. There are three 18-hole golf courses within 20 minutes drive and the historical towns of Alicante & Murcia are easily accessible on the motorway with plenty to see and do.
