This very homely villa is located close to the town of Torrevieja in the south east of spain. The apartment has views of the sea and salt lakes close by from the sun terrace and benefits from a second terrace off the main bedroom.
The area has something for every age. For the exploring type there are beautiful mountainous areas and many historical towns that can be reached by car and younger adults can enjoy the many bars and cafes of Torrevieja. Families are also catered for with the local fun fair, markets and waterpark and even go karting. Watersports are also on offer on the salt lakes, which are favoured by migratory birds such as flamingos.

The area of Murcia is one of the less developed corners of Spain and thus there are towns in this region that still preserve their medieval structures. The region's main attraction is the Mediterranean coast, with beaches of fine sand. The weather in summer is very hot and winters are mild.
Torrevieja Town area
Situated on the Dream Hills urbanisation, Orihuela Costa, a five minute drive from Torrevieja, the property is an ideal base from which to explore the Costa Blanca.
The nearest shops are a few steps away. For beach lovers, miles of blue flag beaches of every description, from the uninterrupted dunes north at Guardamar, to the many coves, to the sheltered waters of the Mar Menor.
