The Valenciana region
The area of Murcia is one of the less developed corners of Spain and thus there are towns in this region that still preserve their medieval structures. The region's main attraction is the Mediterranean coast, with beaches of fine sand. The weather in summer is very hot and winters are mild.
Situated on the Dream Hills urbanisation, Orihuela Costa, a five minute drive from Torrevieja, the property is an ideal base from which to explore the Costa Blanca.
The nearest shops are a few steps away. For beach lovers, miles of blue flag beaches of every description, from the uninterrupted dunes north at Guardamar, to the many coves, to the sheltered waters of the Mar Menor.
Superb shopping with markets almost every day in Torrevieja and surrounding villages. A bustling coastal town with a long promenade and marinas. For children there is a funfair and nightly flea market at the sea park. Go karting

"Great Base to Explore the Costa Blanca"
Casa BelleRose is an immaculately presented, well equipped villa with easy access to two good swimming pools and park areas. Located in the Dream Hills Urbanización, 4 ½ miles approximately from Torrevieja which, in our view, was a good thing proving to be a more peaceful base than the busy town. There are good local facilities with 2 excellent supermarkets in the location (plus a new Aldi less than 1 mile away) plus good value bars, cafes / restaurants and a mini-mart within easy walking distance. The local coastline offers numerous beaches to choose from all within a few minutes' drive (plenty with permanent lifeguard stations). The location is an excellent base to explore the Costa Blanca being quite literally 2 minutes' drive from the main coast road and the E-15 toll road for those venturing further afield. A more traditional Spain is only a short drive inland with plenty of small towns and villages to visit around the Cabezo Gordo National Park. The shows at Villa Salada and the Flamingo Water Park (for small children, great value) are two of our personal recommendations though take the inland route through Los Montesinos to get there (bit further but much easier and more pleasant than the coast road). We went as family of four adults (Grandparent's and parents) and two young boys (four and five) and had a fantastic holiday. PJ's Car hire provided superb meet and greet facilities (met by cold drinks at the airport!) including a mini-bus which swallowed our entire luggage easily and without the stress of finding then cramming the hire car. San Javier Airport is then an easy ½ hour chauffeured drive to the villa (hire car parked up and waiting for you) to start your holiday already winding down. Would we go again?... a resounding yes from all!

"Lovely, comfortable, clean Villa."
Villa is based on an area of similar new properties quite a way from the town and sea. We hired a car and found this best way to travel especially in August, when very hot. Swimming pool short walk up hill. Supermarket, longish walk down hill. Small area of bars nearby are ok.
Villa itself was very clean and well maintained. Also easy to keep that way, everywhere tiled including front garden that was also secure for young children. No air con in downstairs bedroom, but present in other two which we made use of. Parking at side of house in a shared car park.

"Clean, Close to Airport, shops, Restaurants all makes a very cheap holi"
Hi, We stayed in this villa for 3 weeks this year ( 2011) It was the perfect villa for us as it has a bedroom and shower room down stairs. We did have a few problem which Rosemary sorted out for us quickly. We didnt hire a car and we still manage to get around, there is a bus at the bottom of the hill to Torrevieja and its only 11 euro to come back by Taxi if you dont want to walk up hill. Via park 3 ( 3 mins walk) has lots of pubs and Restaurants and via park 5 has more pub and Restaurants and a small English food shop, there is also Aldi ( beside via park 5) and a consume ( supermarket) the other side of via park 5. Emerald isle is great for the kids, it has a soft play area and a swimming pool which was free for child while you eat or drink ( food was good here too!), night entertainment is also good there too. I would have no problem recommending the villa and Area. It would be nice to have the use of a BBQ in the villa however it is very cheap to eat out here. We will be back again. Jones Family.

"Really good holiday"
The villa was beautifully clean, comfortable, light and airy. The shared pool was very clean, big, nice and situated very close by. We hired a car but the public transport is easy to get around, but we fond the car more convenient. There are nice restaurants and bars within walking distance but without the noise level affecting the stay in the villa. Also good shops and further restaurants a taxi or car ride away. The beeches are beautiful and are only two or three males away.
