Further details indoors: There are three bedrooms: I double with en suite and I single room and I twin room. Plus shower room. A spacious lounge/dining room which is nicely furnished. An American style kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer and utility area with washing machine. There is a balcony with a table and 2 chairs just through the patio doors in the lounge where you can enjoy an open air breakfast! There are all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
This apartment has been newly refurbished to a very high standard. It is clean and bright and very well equipped. The building itself is well maintained and secure.
Further details outdoors: Two minutes walk will take you to Playa del Cura, the public lido and the town itself. It is a short walk to the Promemade and the International Marina and Sailing school.
The choice of restaurants is vast from your Subway, KFC, Pizza Hut to the excellent Spanish seafood to International cuisines: Chinese, Indian, Mexican to name a few.

1. All bookings accepted by the Costa Blanca Holiday Club are subject to these conditions which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party. Bookings can be made by e-mail or via the website and would be deemed to be accepted by us, provided the 20% deposit (non-refundable) has been received. 2.Cancellation by hirer All cancellations of bookings must be in writing (sent by recorded delivery or email and we will confirm receipt of email) and notified to and received by the Costa Blanca Holiday Club no later that eight clear weeks prior to rental period. On the cancellation of a long term rental contract (exceeding a period of four weeks or more), all rights on a refund of all monies paid (incl. rental, cleaning, utilities) will be immediately omitted.There is a 20% (ie deposit)cancellation fee if the rental booking is cancelled within eight weeks prior to the booking.If cancelled six weeks:20% plus 20% is non refundable.If less than 4 weeks:60% If less than 2 weeks 80%. Should the rental booking be cancelled within two weeks prior to the booking then full payment will be charged. 3.Secure Payment facilities:For your security and convenience, these are provided on the website by Paypal.
