This new two bedroom apartment is a definite stay for sun worshippers being only a minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Los Locos in Torrevieja. The main shopping centre and central bus station is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal location for short term holidays, golfing breaks or a longer stay. There is a choice of other fantastic beaches which are only a short drive away.
The apartment has a communal roof solarium to take full advantage of the glorious weather and also has lift access (as well as stairs) to the apartment. Communal pool also available.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The southern Costa Blanca or White Coast as the name means, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world". This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes rich in minerals of "Laguna de la Mata" (now a conservation area) and the "Salina de San Miguel" that surround Torrevieja. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere beneficial for people who suffer with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc. These lakes are also home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of flamingos.
Torrevieja Town / Playa los Locos area
The salt museum in the main town explains the history of the salt lakes, a glass bottom boat can be taken from the port to Tabarca Island where a day can be spent just lazing on the beach or trying the excellent seafood restaurants on the island.
For the less adventurous a day can be spent looking round the numerous shops within Torrevieja or just sit on the port and watch the day go by in one of the many cafes and bars situated on the port. The market day for Torrevieja is every Friday morning which is an experience not to be missed to get a real flavour for Spanish life.

Airport transfers can be arranged from Murica or Alicante airport direct to the property. We are also able to arrange a 7 seater vehicle for collection - please specify this on your email if this is required.

The property has a 24 hour contact should you have any problems during your stay. We are able to arrange airport collections from Murcia or Alicante airport to take you directly to the property. Prices upon application. To reserve a booking we require an initial deposit of 25% of the total of the reservation. A damage deposit is also required for the amount of 200.00 euros which is refunded back to your credit/debit card within 14 days from departure date upon the property being checked. The balance of the reservation is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (including the damage deposit). Please note that credit/debit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.
