Home description
This superb 5th floor penthouse apartment, (lift to all floors) in the centre of Torrevieja, a perfect base, a car is not necessary as all facilities are close by. The apartment consists of very well equipped rooms, a kitchen with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. a large south facing terrace leading from patio doors in the lounge. Air-conditioning provided in the main bedroom and living areas. Both the bedrooms have plenty of drawer space provided. Just a few minutes walk takes you to supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. A ten minute walk takes you to the wonderful beach of Playa del Cura, there is a bus station, with services to Alicante, Benidorm, Cartengena etc. Bus stops are a couple of minutes from the apartment that take you to other holiday areas, there are golf courses only a 15 minute drive away. Underground parking is provided for a small extra cost, please state when booking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Alicante province has one of the best all round year climates as advised by the World Health Organisation. Torrevieja boasts a large water park, Aquopolis, that has everything to keep the kids happy from water slides to wave pools, there are special areas for toddlers. A 10-15 drive takes you to Pola Park in Santa Pola with it’s a brightly coloured fun park with over 50 attractions including pirate boats to mini cars. Benidorm has several attractions, one of the areas most exciting theme park is Terra Mitica, the park is owned by Warner Brothers & is suitable for 10 years & over. It has everything from thrilling roller coasters to huge water slides. All this just an hours drive away. Gaudalest with it's spectacular waterfalls in the mountains is a must.
Aqualandia is Europe's largest water park with exciting rides such as Black Hole, Rapids & the highest water chute in Europe Big Bang. Mundomar is a large marine & exotic animal park where dolphins, sea lions & even parrots perform spectacular shows
Torrevieja Town area
The town of Torevieja is situated approximately 40 kilometres south of Alicante airport and is a very popular holiday destination. The salt flats behind Torrevieja have led to the rapid development of the town and port, it is the biggest producer of salt in Europe. The salt water lakes absorb water from the atmosphere and create a special micro-climate, which is widely regarded to be beneficial for suffers of rheumatism, asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory problems. Tourism is the other big business in Torrevieja, with beaches, shops, bars, clubs, historic sites, a large street market every Friday and it's very own water park. Torrevieja offers something for everyone!
How to get there
Murcia - San Javier airport is an approx 25 minute drive away from the resort & Alicante airport is approx 30-40 minutes drive. Many budget airlines now fly into Murcia. Car hire is available from both airports. Full directions will be sent with your confirmation of booking if making your own way to the villa..

Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to secure booking. This deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure, following a damage & breakage check by the key-holders, if an excess clean is required the amount will be deducted. Cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to arrival 50% of deposit will be returned, under 6 weeks no refund. Property is to be vacated at 10.00 am on day of departure, but every effort will be made to allow clients to stay in the property for as long as possible on day of departure. This will depend on information given by incoming clients and those departing. The Rental Rate is to be paid in cash (euros only) on arrival to the key-holder.
