The apartment is situated in 5 minuts from the la playa los Locos, very good location within 5 minute walking distance of restaurants, where you can have a diner and watch the sun set over the sea, bars and children's play park.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 beautifully fitted bathroom, living room and American style kitchen and a balcony. On entering the property you will first be taken by the spacious open plan design. Relax in the dedicated lounge area and take meals in the equally large dining area which leads to a fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge you come to the master bedroom is spacious and has a big wardrobe. There is air conditioning in all rooms.

On the Costa Blanca, this is the main holiday destination, with both varied night life, sport facilities, attractions and large golden sandy beaches.

The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or the towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful, markets, shops, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.

Alicante, just a short drive away, is a thriving cosmopolitan city with a grand historic centre, El Barrio, and fantastic Blue Flag beaches.

The harbour oozes with bars, restaurants and café's, it's a great place to while away the day, sipping sangria and watching the boats coming and going.

Leave the shopping until you get there because there are some great shops on Calle de Gerona and you can pick up some fantastic bargains at the massive market, held here every Thursday and Saturday.

Once just sleepy fishing village Torrevieja is now recognised as an impressive cosmopolitan resort. Just a short drive along the coastline from Spain´s Alicante or San Javier ( Murcia ) airports Torrevieja enjoys a premium location with blue flag beaches surrounded by lagoons and salt lakes.

The town boasts two marinas, elegant seafront promenades, fine restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets, musical and cultural festivals, one of the largest street markets in the region and three golf courses within a 3 km radius. Torrevieja really does have something for everyone !
