Our gorgeous fifth-floor apartment has a large balcony arranged for outside dining and relaxation with stunning sea-views. Inside the master bedroom has its own en-suite with patio doors to the balcony. The apartment is light and airy with a well-designed kitchen and a dining area that comfortably seats six. The lounge has a long squashy sofa and boasts a stunning picture -window. With marble floors throughout, the hall leads on to two further bedrooms both with views over the swimming pools which are set in extensive grounds. In a quiet and peaceful area the beautful sandy beach is a one minute walk away with local shops and cafes a three minute walk and Torrevieja Town easily reachable.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca is amongst the most beautiful coasts in Europe, with golden, sandy beaches that slope gently to meet the sparkling, crystal-clear blue waters of the Med. Framed by palm trees and touched by the sun, the area is renowned for a temperate climate; mild winters with a warming sun and hot summers with a cooling breeze. Against this backdrop has grown a lively and popular culture with mornings spent on watersports, followed by afternoon siestas, finished with relaxing and delicious al-fresco dining and dancing.
Torrevieja Town area
We've been going there for nearly seven years and we still love it. We are mum,dad, son aged 13 and daughter aged 7. We discuss daily what to do from swimming, shopping, walking, water-parks, go-karting ( son's favourite), sandcastles at the beach, golf, park, sightseeing to bowling. And that's just the daytime! In the evenings we choose from local Spanish restaurants, cinema, theatre, pizzerias, cheap 'n cheerful cafes, ice cream parlours with amazing and delicious flavours ( mum's favourite place), or the fabulous fun-fair in Torrevieja town followed by a walk along the seafront.
How to get there
1) Airports - Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Murcia is just 20 minutes drive with clear and easy to follow directions from both. 2) A variety of airlines fly to both airports and our preferred ones are ba.com, flymonarch.com and ryanair.com. 3) Local taxis are always available at the airport. 4) If you're hiring a car, a great idea is to reserve in advance and collect it upon arrival at the airport, use it for the duration of your holiday, and then return it when you leave.

Further details outdoors: The Aldea del Mar swimming pool and restaurant complex is a 3-minute walk away - cost per person per day is 8 Euros ( infants free), fantastic value for a dream of a pool. It's child-friendly with shallow areas at both sides sloping to full depth swimming with bridges, fountains and waterfalls in the centre, all set in beautifully landscaped gardens with plenty of trees shading the numerous loungers.
