About the home

The complex has secured gates, and an extra set of keys is at the property. There are 2 communal swimming pools each with a small kiddies pool. The property is alarmed and a key safe is fitted.

The solarium upstairs consists of a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor electric lighting. The front porch consists of a table and two chairs.

It's an ideal location if you just want to relax.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Torrevieja is the nearest resort ten minutes drive away. There are salt lakes nearby with the residents being lots of flamingos. The coast has numerous golden sandy beaches and most of them carry the EEC flag.

The Torrevieja Area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area

There are football pitches, tennis courts and basketball courts situated around the area. In Torrevieja in season there are markets and a fair by the harbour which is open till the early hours. There are watersports and boat trips at this resort. The nearest golf courses are a short drive(15 mins) away. These are Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas or alternatively you could test your game at the world La Manga Golf Club just 45 minutes drive away.Ten mins walk from the property is the N332 where there is a shopping centre,pubs(one with outside pool tables and games which keeps the kids quiet !)There is also a gocart course and a kareoke bar for you X Factor stars which is open late most nights.

From Alicante airport 40 min drive on the N332, then 5 min drive from a main roundabout from there, 30 mins from Murcia.

Easyjet, plenty of car rentals at airport, recommend Dicksons at Alicante.
