Home description

This attractive new apartment is in a prestigious development built around a large communal pool and gardens. It has a patio and garden area overlooking the pool, and there is access to a communal gym and sauna. It is brightly and comfortably furnished and has hot/cold air-conditioning for your comfort.
The nearest bars and restaurants are 5-10 mins walk away, as are the supermarkets. There are numerous other bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk.
Punta Prima beach is a 20 minute walk away, or 2 mins by car. There are many other Blue Flag beaches within 5 mins drive. Within 10 mins drive are the bustling resort of Torrevieja and the Golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

With 320 days of sunshine per year, and miles of fine sandy beaches, the Costa blanca is an ideal holiday destination. North of Torrevieja are miles of beaches backed by dunes and pines, while to the south are numerous sandy coves,most with beach bars and some of which have watersports in high season.
Near Benidorm is the fantastic Terra Mitica theme park, along with Aqualandia water park. You can also enjoy visiting inland towns such as Elche with its palm groves, Orihuela and Murcia.To the south the Mar Menor and La Manga are worth visiting ,as is the port of Cartagena
For golfers there are a number of excellent courses in the area at Villamartin, Campoamor and las Ramblas nearby.


Torrevieja area / Zeniamar area

The Playa Flamenca /Punta prima area is near to the beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Capo Roig and Campoamor. All have soft fine sand and slope gently into the sea, most have beach bars, toilet facilities and lifeguards.
There are numerous bars and restaurants - from Chinese, Indian and Thai to Spanish, Italian and even Hungarian all within walking distance of the apartment.
The busy Saturday market in Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
The local resort town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive away where you can enjoy walking along the palm-lined promenade, with its evening market stalls and entertainers. There are many shops , restaurants and bars.
The Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja provides fun for all the family, while the new "Habaneras" shopping centre has the best of Spanish shopping under one roof.

Alicante airport ,at 40 mins drive ,and Murcia airport , at 20 minutes drive, make our apartment easily accessible. Flights are available from most UK regional airports with airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, BMIbaby and others
Airport transfers can be arranged if you don't wish to hire a car at the airport.
There are car hire desks at both airports. we advise pre-booking through a website such as www.carjet.com for the best prices.
