Home description

Attractive two bedroom house overlooking landscaped gardens on mature urbanisation (not a building site!). The ground floor is air conditioned & heated, & both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge & oven /hob & washing machine (all new).

The communal pool & bar is just yards away from the house, & the pool has a lifeguard in attendance during the summer months for your added peace of mind. The Terrace Bar is run by Spanish locals & has a typical tapas bar atmosphere. It serves excellent food all day & there is entertainment every evening during the summer & 2-3 nights per week in the winter. There is also a tennis court on site.

The wealth of golf courses including the championship 'Villamartin' & 'Campomoar' courses leave you spoilt for choice! The Lago Jardin urbanisation is just a short distance from the famous 'Pink Lakes' & the beaches & shops are just 10 minutes away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Transport: Although there is a regular bus service & taxis are available, I would recommend the use of a hire car during your stay as it will allow you the true freedom to explore everything that the area has to offer. Of course if all you want to do is relax by the pool during your visit, then I can arrange for you to be picked up & returned to the airport (at a nominal cost) & you need not drive at all during your stay!

Golf: If you are visiting the area specifically to enjoy some of the many excellent courses in the area (including the renowned Villamartin & Campamoar Championship coures), it is advisable that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Golf: The property is located approx 10 minutes from the championship course of Villamartin, & there are many other courses within a similar distance.

Torrevieja area / Los Balcones area

Torrevieja is renowned for its famous Pink Lakes & the urbanisation is named after these - Lago Jardin (Lake Garden). The healing properties of the climate for arthritis & rheumatism sufferers are well documented.

Whats On?: There's so much to see & do in Torrevieja that I doubt you'll do it all in one visit! The house is situated ideally for easy access to all of the attractions & facilities in the area. There is the many golf courses, the beautiful countryside, markets everyday of the week, nearby towns & villages waiting to be explored. Water parks, clean safe beaches, shopping plus of course the many bars & restaurants. The list really is endless!

How to get there

The area is served by both Alicante & Murcia airports. All the major budget airlines fly to these airports - Flybe, Thompson, Ryanair etc

Most of the kitchen appliances were replaced new a couple of years ago. The TV receives both UK free to air satellite & Spanish 'Freeview' stations.

The house has a sunny terrace that is great for afternoon/evening dining 'al fresco' or just having a relaxing drink & getting lost in a good book. The communal pool is the best in the region & has the pool bar right next to it serving tapas all day & hot food at meal times. There is some entertainment during the peak summer weeks as is there a lifeguard at the pool during the summer.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure any booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Rates include electric, bath towels & bed linen, but do not include a small charge of €55 for cleaning the property after your departure. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool/ beach. A fully refundable damage/ excess cleaning deposit of £100 is also payable before arrival & is refunded on your return to the UK subject to the satisfaction of the Key-holder that the house is left in the condition it was in when you arrived & all Keys & pool passes returned. Air conditioning is £25 or €35 extra. I am happy to accept mid-week or short notice bookings. Please phone to confirm availability. Airport pick-ups can be arranged. All rental rates are per week.
