The property is situated in a tranquil residential area just 2 minutes walk from the beach and bar/restaurant. There are many facilities within a short walk including bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets (inc Lidl, Carrefour and Aldi for economical shopping ), plus a variety of other shops and a go-cart track for those looking for a little more energetic amusement. The region is known for its 3 excellent golf courses, all within 10 minutes drive. The main town of Torrevieja is also just 5 minutes drive away.
The property is very safe, making it great for families with children. It is also built on one level, making it very convenient for visitors in wheelchairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The main Town of Torrevieja is 7 minutes drive away and there are several small Spanish villages all within 15 minutes' drive. Alicante has an award-winning state-of-the-art Archaeological Museum where you can view the remains from the ancient city of Lucentum, some of which date back to the 5th and 4th century BC. Alicante and Murcia have their fair share of good art museums and historical buildings and there are many dance venues for those who want to put their skills to the test.
Our villas are situated in a tranquil residential area just 200m from the sea. There are many facilities close to hand, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and clubs. The region is also well known for its three excellent golf courses within 10 minutes drive. These are excellent located villas. The Costa Blanca enjoys an extraordinary climate of over 310 days or sunshine a year with mild winters and low humidity. Torrevieja is just 40 minutes from 2 major airports (Alicante and Murcia).
Torrevieja area
There are several bowls clubs in the area, sea fishing, for those who enjoy bird watching there are a number of nature reserves designed for this activity. Horse Riding is available at very reasonable rates and all the various water sports that you would expect. There are two Aqua Parks in the area, a Bowling Alley, Cinema, Casino, Discos and plenty of live entertainment including flamenco dancing. The famous Terra Mitica Theme Park is just 1 hour drive away as is Benidorm with all its many entertainment venues. La Manga, where all the international football teams and sports personalities come to train and relax is only 45 minutes drive away.
For golf enthusiasts, there are 3 golf courses within a 10-minute drive. We are also just 2 minutes' walk from a delightful small sandy bay and promenade for those who like to stroll. On the beachfront you will also find some remarkably cheap restaurants: 4 euros for a four-course menu del dia, or 2 euros for a full English breakfast!
Supermarkets: Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour all within 10 mins walk. Torrevieja truly is a place for all seasons whatever your reasons. Sunny thoughts....
How to get there
The property is 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia airport. Car hire is not essential but recommended for those who wish to explore further afield.

A car is not essential but competitive rates can be offered on both car hire and minibus hire in Torrevieja. Please ask for tariffs on Booking. Taxis to and from the airport can also be arranged.
