This lovely apartment is new and has views to the neighbouring pool from the spacious balcony. A perfect place to relax with a drink and watch the sun go down. The lounge has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, high quality furniture, sofa bed, wall unit, Sky TV with English channels, movies, sport and English radio stations, a DVD player and portable CD player. The American style kitchen with breakfast bar is fully fitted with an electric hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing The master bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, double bed, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The window looks out to the balcony and views. The second bedroom has one single bed and there is second bed available for this room. There is a bedside cabinet, wardrobe with drawers and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. The balcony has a patio table and four chairs and there are two sunloungers. Ceiling fans for summer use, hot and cold air conditioning, if required. All bedding and towels are provided (not beach towels). There is a convenient supermarket and a couple of good bars and restaurants just across the road from the apartment. A further selection of restaurants and bars can be found just a few minutes walk away. The owner has supplied a restaurant guide for your use.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
La Mata beach has miles of golden sand but with many beauiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden sandy beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children. This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is a ten minute stroll from the clean, sandy La Mata beach with its promenade and beach bars. The pine gardens with its water feature is a perfect place for a picnic. You will be within 20 minutes drive of four well known golf courses. Torrevieja is a busy town with a long promenade and marina and is just a few minutes drive from La Mata. There is also a regular bus service into town.
Torrevieja area / La Mata area
It is a ten minute stroll to La Mata beach and a few minutes walk to a variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is a five minute drive into the busy town of Torrevieja. The marina is a must to visit with bars, restaurants and evening entertainment. The Palm tree lined promenades are an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or to just sit and watch the world go by, or visit on a summer evening and see them transformed into a market with stalls of every kind. Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The aquapark in Torrevieja is just a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There are so many places of interest to visit along this coast. The historic cities of Murcia, Cartegena, Alicante and Elche are just a short drive away. Benidorm is aproximately 1 hour away. La Mata market is held every Wednesday and Torrevieja's is held every Friday.
