This large spacious detached villa is spread across three floors and ideally suited for a number of families wanting to holiday together.The fully air conditioned house has 8 spacious bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, two modern lounge areas, fully fitted kitchen and a garage/storage area. There is an outdoor veranda ideal for alfresco dining and a large sun terrace.

The villa is located in a mature gated peaceful residential area with easy access to shops, beaches and all local amenities. The villa is fully enclosed with a 2.5m high fence for privacy. There is a perfectly maintained private pool and one has access to two communal pools located next door. ( Please note : Given the residential area that the villa is located in is not suitable for groups that would prefer late night partying - per the reviews from past customers it is ideally suited for multigenerational family groups).

There is a large private sun terrace located on the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a mezzanine level veranda suitable for eating outside/relaxing in the shade.

BBQ is provided with external dining table and loungers.

There is a wooden gazebo located next to the pool.

The private pool is approx 3x10m with slide. The communal pools are accessible year round.

The entire property is enclosed and is in a very private gated residential community - very suitable for children

Large supermarket (Consum) located next to community and other shops, restaurants and internet cafe within 5min walk.

There are a number of local markets each day providing cheap veg, fruit and clothes.

There is a taxi rank next to the supermarket and a bus service passing the community connects to Torrevieja.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

Despite its name the Orihuela Costa is some distance from the city of Orihuela, in fact some 20 kilometres away. It comprises approximately 16 km of fine sandy beaches, rocky coves and clear sparkling waters stretching from Punta Prima (just south of Torrevieja) to Mil Palmeras.

It is now one of the most popular destinations in the region for a summer holiday, attracting visitors from all over Europe, the people of Spain themselves also love this part of the coast particularly those from the city of Murcia who flock to the Orihuela Costa in August. Holidaymakers are attracted by the wonderful, safe "blue flag" beaches, the fine climate and the abundance of facilities and entertainment.

The Orihuela Costa boasts some well known and popular resorts including Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Punta Prima and Campoamor. These resorts are all dotted along the N332 coastal road between Torrevieja and Pilar de la Horadada and are easily accessed from this road and from the AP-7 motorway.

The Orihuela Costa enjoys a fantastic temperate climate and is renowned for being one of the healthiest places on earth to live, basking in over 300 days of sunshine every year and has an average temperature of around 20 degrees centigrade and very low rainfall. The hottest temperatures are during July and August when it can reach 40 degrees or more, in the winter the temperature rarely falls below 10 degrees.

There is a wide range of beaches on the Orihuela Costa near the villa. Punta Prima beach is a 10min walk away. La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Playa Dehesa de Campoamor are only 5-10min drives.

Other very popular beaches within 45min drive include: Ãguilas, Mazarran, Cartagena, Calblanque, Mar Menor, La Manga, San Pedro del Pinatar.

Torrevieja Area

Punta Prima - A beautiful coastal resort located in the southern Costa Blanca district of Orihuela Costa, Punta Prima is within easy reach of several fantastic beaches all with blue flag status for cleanliness and safety. Punta Prima's own beach is renowned for its fine, white sand and is within walking distance of all the main amenities of the town.

The famous palm trees of Punta Prima are lined up behind the beach and can be easily seen from the main N332 coastal road between Punta Prima and Torrevieja.

There are some great facilities available both in and around Punta Prima and these include the Go-Kart track near to the famous water tower, golf (there are 3 courses nearby and others within a short drive), water sports, fishing, sailing and tenpin bowling in the nearby town of Torrevieja. Don't forget the Saturday market at Playa Flamenca or the huge Friday market in Torrevieja both super places to buy fresh, locally grown produce and other bargains, Also worth a mention is that Punta Prima comes alive on a Sunday morning when 2 competing car boot sales fight it out for the available custom.

Punta Prima enjoys a fabulous Mediterranean climate with mild winters and scorching summers, it is renowned as a very healthy place to live, boasting over three hundred sunny days each year and very infrequent rainfall. Winter temperatures rarely fall below 8 degrees Centigrade and the mean temperature for the year is around 20 degrees.

Punta Prima is situated on the N332 coastal road between Torrevieja and Playa Flamenca and can be easily accessed from the AP-7 motorway (Salinas exit).

Punta Prima has a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants and has a new commercial near to the roundabout on the N332, a 5 min walk from the Villa, which provides great facilities for visitors.

The main Town of Torrevieja with its attractive promenade and quaint streets is 10 minutes drive away and there are several smaller villages located close by.

The cities of Alicante and Murcia are 50 and 60min away respectively.

16 adults and children stayed at this very well appointed villa, it has the lot, pool tv wifi everything you need. Owners are contactable through agent, who is a lovely lady living opposite. Supermarket just up the road. Main town within 30min walking.

"a fantastic villa with all the comforts of home in the sun"

a fantastic villa with all the amenities of home making it a very easy holiday with 2 young children. We were a large group of 13, ages ranging from 18mths to 71, so space and comfort were important to us, the villa provided this, with four shower rooms, and a large balcony enabling us to all eat together. The pool area was excellent and kept the kids happy so helped make it a relaxing holiday. We are already planning a second visit.

We have since replaced two of our shower units and the kitchen kettle to address hardness related lime scale from the water supplies in the area. "Great villa kept in an impeccable condition."

Fourteen of us, a mixture of adults and kids, stayed for a week at the start of May as part of a family holiday. The weather was great for the week (Sunny and 24-26 degrees which is perfect for me). It would be fair to say that everyone had a great holiday. The shop which is 3-4 minutes walk has everything you'd need from the basics to wine & beer to a large selection of fresh seafood if you wanted to dine 'at home'. Lynne (lady who looks after the villa) looked after us very well especially on the Sunday when we got caught out by the local shop being closed. Lynne dropped me up to a shop in an adjoining neighbourhood to get some essentials. Villa Park III commercial center is about 10 minutes walk and has some good quality restaurants and bars and very reasonably priced. The kids pretty much lived in the pool and we could keep an eye on them from poolside or the overlooking veranda. There was plenty of room for such a large group and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone looking for a memorable holiday.

"fantastic villa ,perfect for large families"

we have just returned from a fantastic visit at this villa.there were 3 family groups staying here and it was perfect for our needs , we were having a family reunion and there was so much room for entertaining. the 8 children had a fantastic time in the pool and watched lots of the movies that were there ,the children all slept in the basement rooms and really benefited from having there own sitting room to hang out in away from their parents !! the kitchen was well laid out and had everything you would need ,the wifi was a great bonus for all those nesscessory facebook check-ins !! having 4 bathrooms was great too !! we have been visiting this area for 15 years and love it ,its close to the beach ,right beside a supermarket, bars and restaurants .the villa was safe and secure with lots of parking .We found the Owner very helpful even when our flights changed by a day ,we will definately stay here for our next family reunion and highly recommend a visit.

"Couldn't be better!"

17 of us stayed at this villa - a mixture of adults and children. It was very safe and secure, well maintained and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone and all the rooms were spacious and benefited from air conditioning. The pool was the highlight for everyone and much fun was had using the slide. The top terrace was perfect for sunbathing and the lower terrace was huge - plenty big enough for everyone to eat or play games, and to escape from the sun when it got too hot. There was lots of play equipment in the garage, and also tv's, dvds, books etc. The villa was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but very close to shops and amenities. We didn't hire a car and had no problem getting to restaurants.
