Built in the latter half of 1999, our villa is located on a quaint residential complex, with communal pool - perfectly situated for either an active or relaxing holiday. A ten minute drive will take you to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its cosmopolitan blend of bars and restaurants, and the championship golf course of Villamartin. Also nearby are 2 other courses - Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Beautiful golden blue flag beaches are a five minute drive away.
Our traditionally Spanish 3 bedroom villa is fronted with an attractive ground floor sun terrace, providing a choice of sun and shade for perfect al-fresco dining - equipped with patio table and chairs. There is also ample off-street parking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has a coastline untouched by blatant tourism. The inland, hillsides are covered with terraced vineyards and lush-green citrus orchards which are testament to the agricultural traditions of the area. There are pretty towns full of narrow streets leading down to flower-filled squaresThe climate is wonderful, the beaches are uncrowded and there are a number of lively towns within close proximity.
Close to Villamartin are numerous beaches with magnificent views over the sparkling blue Mediterranean and the "white sand" that are typical of the Costa Blanca. The beaches along the coastline close to Villamartin are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. All of these beaches and all the other major beaches along this part of the Mediterranean coastline are regularly awarded the European Blue Flag which means you are guaranteed high standards and facilities for the whole family.

The Villamartin development began in 1972 and has evolved into a splendid Mediterranean village of 1500 apartments, townhouses and villas with two excellent 18 hole courses at its heart, including the original Club de Golf Villamartin and the new Las Ramblas de Orihuela. There is also a central square with a bank, supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Further details indoors: Inside, the villa is fully air conditioned, and all the rooms are tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, The living/dining area consists of a large 5 seater corner sofa, (which can be used as a single bed), a large pouffe / single bed, with side table, coffee table, satellite TV / VCR with remote control and stereo/CD system with remote control.
Two beautifully tiled spacious bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms, and comprises of double vanity unit, bath/shower, WC and bidet.
A large sun terrace, providing all-day sun, is accessible from the first floor and is suitably furnished with patio table and chairs (seating 6) and sun loungers
Further details outdoors: The communal swimming pool is 50 yrds from the villa.Casa Stacia" is conveniently situated just a couple of minutes drive from Highway 332 which is the main road to lead you to the destination of your choice, whether it may be Benidorm to the north with its new theme park (approx. 1.5 hours drive) or south to La Manga which boasts 3 outstanding golf courses to keep all golf fanatics happy. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars are close-by, together with swimming/aqua park, horse riding, karting, cycling etc., all available locally.
