This luxury house is situated in the quiet residential area of Zeniamar 3 Orihuela Costa nr Playa Flamenca and is close to many sandy beaches and coves, and is also in close proximity to a choice of bars, restaurants, shops and top class golf courses. The property offers 3/4 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, spacious living area and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a private roof terrace with table and chairs. There is a sunroom on the first floor with a double sofa bed also a conservatory on the ground floor which is equipped with table and chairs.

The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains. Playa Flamenca boasts a continuous series of sandy coves and Blue Flag beaches all within a short distance from our properties.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Situated about 20 miles north of Murcia airport and 25 miles south of Alicante airport , Torrevieja, has large salt lagoons and is one of the oldest and most important salt producing centres in Europe. The long sunny days with the average temp 20deg makes this area ideal for sufferers of asthma, arthritis and rhesumatism. There are plenty of shops, markets, bars and restaurants to suit all. Flamenca beach is about 25mins walk there is a bus that runs every half hour this beach is blue flag and contains beach bars serving a selection of food, beer and sangria
GOLF For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. The closest being Club de Golf Villamartin (Barely 10 minutes drive away), Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, Golf & Country Club La Marquesa and Club de Golf La Finca all within a 30 minutes drive away.
How to get there
The nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia (San Javier). Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive away and Murcia airport is 20-25 minutes drive. There are many airlines that fly into both airports some of which include, Flybe, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch and BMI Baby plus many more. We can arrange airport transfers. The company we use has a people carrier and they will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your holiday accommodation. If you choose car rental we will send you written directions and maps of the local area.
