It is close to many sandy beaches and coves and is also in close proximity to a choice of bars, restaurants, shops and top class golf courses. The property is decorated in modern Mediterranean style, and consists of 2 bedrooms, spacious lounge/dining areas and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large balcony, overlooking the swimming pool which is equipped with table and chairs. (Great for keeping an eye on the kids when they are in the pool area)

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has the reputation of being one of the safest destinations in the world. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style then Playa Flamenca is the place for you. Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. Many people use the mud baths in the lakes in order to alleviate their aches and pains. There are also some natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains. Playa Flamenca boasts a continuous series of sandy coves and Blue Flag beaches all within a short distance from our properties. There is easy road access to Cartagena, Murcia, Benidorm and Alicante.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Situated just 25 miles south of Alicante airport and 20 miles north of Murcia airport, Torrevieja, which derives its name from the Old Tower, is still essentially a fishing community whose port houses one of Spains largest fishing fleets. It also has large salt lagoons and is one of the oldest and most important salt producing centres in Europe. This old town with its attractive marina and port has a warm welcoming ambience and will surely appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style. Shops, markets, bars and restaurants are plentiful and cater for all tastes and pockets. There is an Aquapark for all the family as well as a fun-fair by the marina. Boat trips are available from the Marina round the coast as well as to the fortified Island of Tabarca with its clear transparent waters and the absense of cars too! A wonderful holiday location. GOLF For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. The closest being Club de Golf Villamartin (Barely 10 minutes drive away), Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, Golf & Country Club La Marquesa and Club de Golf La Finca all within a 30 minutes drive away.
How to get there
The nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia (San Javier). Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive away and Murcia airport is 20-25 minutes drive. There are many airlines that fly into both airports some of which include, Flybe, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Excelairways and BMI Baby plus many more. We can advise on car rental from either airport which can be picked up and returned to the airport. Alternativley we can arrange airport transfers. The company we use has a 9 seater people carrier and they will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your holiday accommodation. If you choose car rental we will send you written directions to the property.For longer stays why not bring your own car and drive down. There are ferries from the UK and Ireland to Northen Spain (Bilbao & Santander) or even take a leisurely drive through France down to the Costa Blanca.

Further details indoors: The ground floor apartment is equipped with digital satellite TV with over 30 TV stations and 15 radio stations. Channels include Sky sports 1+2+3, Sky movies 1+2, Sky news, ITV 1+2, BBC 1+2 plus many more. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and there is a separate utility room that is equipped with a washing machine. The dining area is equipped with a table and chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a 3 seater settee and 1 armchair and ceiling fan. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes with shelves, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fan, the single bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and fan.
Further details outdoors: The large balcony is overlooking the swimming pool area and is equipped with a patio table and chairs. A great place for relaxing in the sun or eating Al-Fresco.
There is a large selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance (5-10 minutes approx). The restaurants include Spanish, Chinese, Tai, Indian, Italian and International. There is also a choice of large supermarkets close by and a Saturday street market that is ideal for buying fresh fruit and vegetables, ceramics, leather goods and clothes.

'A WELCOME PACK OF GROCERIES,CLEANING BEFORE AND AFTER ARRIVAL AND LINEN ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE' We can arrange cot hire and highchair hire if required for an extra charge of £10 per week, per item. We can also advise on car rental or arrange airport transfers for you. Please ask for quote. We require a deposit to confirm a booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. A security deposit will be required of £50 per week or £100 per fortnight (This is fully refundable assuming no breakages or extra cleaning).
