Located in a quiet and mainly residential location of Playa Flamenca and approximately 15 mins South of Torrevieja. The complex provides a life guarded communal pool and a beautiful lagoon surrounded with seating, a children's park area and tennis courts.
The apartment is a 10 min drive to the plaza which is quite lively and an ideal place for young families to spend a holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Going North Alicante is worth a look as are the many beaches and bays all along the Costa Blanca and of course Benidorm is only an hour away with it's vast selection of attractions including the Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar sea life attraction and Aqualandia water park.
The San Javier airport is only a 20 minute car journey away from Playa Flamenca and about 50 minutes from Alicante airport.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Situated in a prime location Playa Flamenca is close to all the local amenities including the large commercial centre of Flamenca Beach with it's selection of pubs, restaurants, English pie shop, supermarket and more. Most are within a 5/10 minute drive or a 15/20 minute walk. There are also a selection of bars & restaurants along the side of the complex. However, a hire car is recommended to obtain the full benefit of the surrounding area and all the interesting places to visit.
Around Playa Flamenca you have La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Punto Prima which are lively and has plenty of bars and restaurants, a go-karting centre and beautiful beaches where you can go on the banana ride, jet ski´s or other water sporting activity.
There is a large Saturday street market where you can pick up fresh fruit & veg, leather goods, clothes and much more and located nearby is the Celtic Isle bar/restaurant with public open air pool which is a great place to relax and take the kids.
Torrevieja is within a 15 minute drive and is surrounded by salt lakes which are home to a variety of wildlife including pink flamingos which are protected within the La Mata nature reserve. The town has a large marina, fun fair, promenande which is bustling from early evening with street artists and stalls, a harbour walk and abundant bars, shops and restaurants.
