This lovely apartment is part of a high class development of houses and low rise apartments. There are two communal pools to choose from, one being just yards from your door. The second bedroom has 1 single bed, plus bunk beds, large wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and air conditioning. The en-suite to master bedroom has full size bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The second bathroom consists of an enclosed walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. The American style kitchen has all new appliances. There is a hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The utility room has a washing machine, laundry sink and a large capacity boiler. Outside there is a garden and large patio area with table, chairs and sunloungers. A perfect place for relaxing with a drink or outdoor dining.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are several local beaches to choose from all within 5 minutes drive. Torrevieja with its busy town, marina and aquapark is 10 minutes drive away. With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.Torrevieja with its many shops, bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute drive away. Its tree lined promenades are an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or just to sit and watch the world go by. Visit on a summer evening and see the promenade transformed into a market with stalls of every kind.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area
For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoarmor and La Finca. All are within a short driving distance. Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held every Saturday.
