The view from the spacious balcony is just lovely and is a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. The large lounge/diner includes a sofa bed, dining table with four chairs, wall cabinet and Satalite TV showing English channels including the sports and movie channels. The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds with a bedside cabinet. The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. The large balcony is accessed from either the lounge or the master bedroom and has a patio table and four chairs and sunloungers. There are ceiling fans in the lounge/dinner and both the bedrroms for summer use and there is heating for the winter. All bedding and towels provided (not beach towels).

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
With many beauiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden sandy beaches back by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
Torrevieja area / La Mata area
This apartment is are a ten minute stroll to the clean, sandy La Mata beach with its long promenade, beach bars and restaurants. It is just a few minutes walk to a variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is a five minute drive into Torrevieja. The Palm tree lined promenades are an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or to just sit and watch the world go by, or visit on a summer evening and see them transformed into a market with stalls of every kind.Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. La Mata market is held every Wednesday and Torrevieja's is held evey Friday.
The village of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous natural spa waters of the area. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eleviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.
