The property benefits from having air conditioning (hot/cold) and full TV Satellite system. Each bedroom has its own balcony. This property also benefits a large underground parking/storage facility.
Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and large supermarket to stock up on all those essential items and only a short drive to a choice of various white sandy beaches. The main town of Torrevieja is less than 10 minutes drive away or public transport is available for those who would rather have a break from driving. Three golf courses can be found within 10 minutes from the property.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca, meaning "White Coast", has one of Europes best climates and the area in and around Torrevieja (meaning old tower) has been selected by WHO (World Health Organisation) to be one of the healthiest places in the world to live due to the two natural salt lakes in this coastal town. The salt lakes, through the extraction of salt, have given Torrevieja a livelihood since 1668.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Playa Flamenca can cater for many different types of holiday. Summer or winter breaks; an historic or maritime break ; a golf or beach break ; or a fun holiday with your family and children, on the many blue flag beaches in the area. Playa Flamenca is every golfers Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige, within a 15 minutes drive of the property. Facilities include : Club Hire; Caddie Car & Buggie Hire; Pro Shop; Driving Range; Putting Green; and Restaurant. The fabulous Villamartin is a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open. Campoamor, set amongst the palm and pine trees is a beauty to behold. Las Ramblas, another magnificent course, is a real test of golf. Within a 30 minutes drive, you can select from another 8 courses, each with its own unique design, including the world famous La Manga, and La Finca courses. All are challenging, but are most enjoyable to play.
Street markets are very popular in Torrevieja and the surrounding villages. The street market is an alternative to traditional commerce and in them you can obtain numerous objects for decoration, textiles, clothing, interior design, craft, animals, footwear and horticultural produce at very reasonable prices, which can sometimes be good buys.
The street markets have a real market atmosphere and have achieved great popularity amongst the Spanish and the thousands of Europeans that visit Torrevieja. Some are held once a week and others are permanent. They are often held on seaside promenades.
Torrevieja is easily reached by less than 10 minutes from Punta Prima via car, or alternatively a bus can be found within close proximity of the property, where various activities can be found. The salt museum in the main town explains the history of the salt lakes, a glass bottom boat can be taken from the port to Tabarca Island where a day can be spent just lazing on the beach or trying the excellent seafood restaurants on the island. For the less adventurous a day can be spent looking round the numerous shops within Torrevieja or just sit on the port and watch the day go by in one of the many cafes and bars situated on the port. The market day for Torrevieja is every Friday morning which is an experience not to be missed to get a real flavour for Spanish life.

Flights available to either Alicante or Murcia airports. Airport transfers can be arranged to take you direct to the property. We are also able to arrange a 7 seater vehicle for collection - please specify this on your email if this is required.

The balance of the reservation is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (including the damage deposit). Please note that credit/debit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.
